I wanted to give this a try. This is a strange product as it's not good for either side if you are looking for a budget friendly option or if you have tons of money. If you're trying to save money and play high quality music, get a used previous gen amp in a better tier and they will have so many more features and their amps will be better quality. This, the bluesound edge and bose's amp are music first and are literally just for simplicity. But if money is tight and you want to save, they all are expensive for what limited features they have, no e-arc, no screen, contentious relationship with tidal, or even wifi 6 (perhaps not needed, but probably costs them $2-3 dollars extra). The only plus is their dedicated apps but better receivers have had streaming features for years without needing to download a basic app that lets you have a basic eq of Treble and Bass. It's literally software and they went with a 2 band eq for a product for "audiophiles." If you have lots of money and expensive speakers and are that meticulous about sound quality enough to get into audiophile speakers, you should probably get a better amp. Why spend thousands on speakers and $700 on a basic amp? If you just want music and basic connectivity and you don't care that much about sound quality and features, why bother with hifi in the first place? This would be like putting a camry engine in a la ferrari. It'll work, but why? If you have money, why waste time and money on expensive equipment to have it run by this? Please buy something else.

A bit pricey but works quite well. No complaints about its function.

We bought this for a home theatre system, connecting it to our own sub and so far it's working well. Wish it had 2 more spots in the back to plug speakers in though.

It is nice, Thought i would have mor control of the sound quality.

Once I had these placed in my house, and connected to Google Home, I have music inside and outside, simply by using my cell, tablet, or voice activation. Perfect application! p.s. - not cheap......

It was a very good piece of equipment, however; it did not work well in my system. I returned it to Best Buy.

Great for convience and to merge into the Sonos ecosystem. The sound quality is just so so. The amp lacks warmth, imaging and that special something that makes you move.

The fabulous duo of Randy & Rob hooked up the amp, bracket, TV & speakers plus tied them all in to my Sonos app. Takes the frustration out of trying to accomplish myself and saved me hours!

New to Sonos and here to stay. Has changed the ambiance in our outdoor setup for the better.

Sound quality was decent enough for the price and specially its size but I returned it mainly because not having a remote control sucks, I don’t like relying on the app to control my music.

Great way to replace a sound system to power existing speakers. It only powers one right and one left speaker. For more speakers to be controlled you need multiple units.

Had a Bose Lifestyle and was using the connect to add that system to my Sonos grouping. When I upgraded to the Arc, Sub and 2 1's the Lifestyle was taken out and needed to add the amp to support other inside and outside speakers. A little pricy but now everything in the house is on one system and easy to control.

I would recommend this product, best there is out there right now.

If you want to run a non-Sonos speaker set to your SONOS system and/ or want to add a different sound source (any component that can be connected with the red and white wires) this AMP does that flawlessly.and the sound is every bit as good as if generated on the SONOS equipment. I now enjoy CDs from an old Bose system I loved a decade ago - together with SONOS speakers for terrific sound. Plus the AMP lets you run any sound on your SONOS system that you can run from an I-Pad..

Works and sounds great. A bit of a learning curve.

Not only was it an easy set up but i like that you can possible set up 4 speakers because it is 8 ohm stable

Amazing product. Just what was needed for the outdoor kitchen area speakers. Easy music and volume control with the app. Highly recommend this product.

An absolute necessity, if you have speakers that are not part of the Sonos system

Great addition to any Sonos system. I now have an interface for an additional subwoofer and can and add two additional AV devices as well. All of which can be added to my Sonos group.

System works as described. The ability to be able to control your music from your phone is priceless! I am so glad we went with this unit and wholeheartedly recommend!
