Setup was easy. Small, but packs a punch. Alexa is a nice addition. Higher end sounds than the Echo plus with voice control functionality.

Forget Bluetooth. What's great about Sonos One is that it connects to your free and paid music and radio accounts through your WiFi, including Pandora, Spotify, Amazon Music, IHeart Radio, Radio.com, Sirius/XM, and more. Control it through a Sonos app on your phone or just ask Alexa to do it for you. The setup is really simple using the app. And the sound quality is beautiful. I also have a Sonos Play Beam connected to my television and use two Sonos One's as rear speakers. Wow! I love this speaker.

I bought the HomePod on launch day. I use Apple Music, so thought it was a no brainer. Saw the Sonos offer and kept that in mind. After reading reviews, I returned the HomePod because I felt the Sonos would be a better option. It is definitely better. You can control all aspects of music and even use Alexa.

This is unequivocally the best Alexa speaker available. The sound this thing puts out is awesome. The best part about it is you can combine this with so many other sonos speakers to pump music throughout your house. Highly recommended.

This is my first Somos product, but not my last. I’m impressed by the sound quality!!! I have 4 Amazon Echo devices and this works very closely to as well as any device I have. If you’re on the fence, get it. Quality is excellent!

I love the Sonos product! Bought 6 Play ones for my work and link them all. Had some issues setting yhem up in an enterprise network, but seems to be working now. Love the addition of Alexa. Not sure if I want to roll it out ir keep “testing” in my office. I did have issue keeping 4 of the devices grouped, but they seem to be working better now.

Alexa runs my house. I'm not a hardcore audiophile, but the sonos system is the best technology has to offer in terms of versatility, use, and sound. Now both of these things come in one box. My only question, what took so long?

I just added two of these as rear channels for the Beam and Sub, and now we’re surrounded by excellent sound when gaming or having a movie night. The quality of the Sonos products really blows me away, along with the ease of use. Calibrating it all is a breeze once you’re set up. I feel like I was able to minimize my home theater system and upgrade at the same time when I got this Sonos package. I loved my Onkyo 7.1 system, but this much smaller Sonos system blows it away. Top notch quality.

The Sonos One is probably one of the best speakers on the market, right up with Bose. However, the restrictions of the speaker rely on the user it applies to. By that I mean that this speaker is not bluetooth nor a computer speaker. That being said, it ONLY connects to Wi-Fi and is limited for the time being. You can use a multitude of services including Apple Music, iHeartRadio, Spotify, etc. It's also nice to have full Alexa functionality to control Philips Hue lights. If you have more then one speaker or playbar, the Sonos app allows you to connect them together for a whole home wireless speaker system. This system will also be capable of Airplay 2 and Siri when Sonos incorporates it into their product for full iOS control. Unfortunately, this won't come until early 2018.

I have 2 Play 1's and didn't think I needed Alexa but I now see with Sonos One I can ask for any music, my music rather than fumbling through the application interface for music from Brasil, Bolivian altiplano, or UK, or anywhere. Plus any song on Amazon, etc. I'm just scratching the surface. But THE main event is the really excellent sound. Very, very satisfying listening when the sound quality is so good, and I am a stickler for good sound. Remarkable given the size of the device.

This is a quality speaker that sounds great. You let the speaker know what room and it does a sound check for that room. Amazing! This was viewed by many of our friends as a must purchase item. Powerful and great sounding.

I purchased these to complete my Sonos 5.1 setup with the Playbar and Sub. The sound is impressive. I loved the idea of having Alexa integrated with the system, but that is where my one minor annoyance comes in. You cannot use a Play:1 as a left/right, and then the Play One (with Alexa) for the other side. You must use two Play One's, which means paying for the extra cost for the Alexa functionality for the other rear when you don't need that functionality. That said, it wasn't that much more expensive, and the sound is great. I have noticed that compared to the sound coming from the Playbar, the Play Ones are not very noticeable in 5.1. I'm thinking now the Play 3 may have been a better option, but then there would be no Alexa integration.
