Love the sound Quality, but no one can seem to help us Hook up to Blue Tooth (which is what we bought them for..) best buy tried, sonos tried for a bit... we tried a lot!

I will change my rating if I find out that the problem is on my end, or are in my app settings. But the speaker cuts out a few moments every 5 minutes. It is much too distracting and frustrating to be usable. Apparently it is too late to return it - because the days that it spent on back order and then shipping - used up my 15 returnable days. And this is despite having the Plus Membership, which was supposed to extend such things.

Ever since I got it to work and that was a major job in itself, my Sonos control is a nightmare, does anyone take trade ins on my 7 different Sonos speakers, arc and now the goofy poor sounding Rover? Sorry Roam, it’s a dog!

We have had issues with this speaker since day 1. Should have returned it instead of contacting support for assistance (which is not a great experience in itself). Seemed like the issue was resolved, but continuously have the same connectivity and charging problems again and again. What a bummer!

Sold speaker with no charging base. I have a speaker w/o the base.

New to Sonos and upsold on a portable that requires a hub as opposed to the 2 (via Bluetooth) and I spent 10k over a couple of weeks.. and joined their top-level program and geek Squad screwed me over many times and managers apologized but never heard back.

Sonos management has lost touch with the people that use their product. The latest app update has disabled many features that made people buy Sonos products in the first place. Please ensure you understand the latest app features before purchasing.

Not as loud as i thought. I expected a loud crisp sound.

Horrible, sound is mediocre and the charge sucks. Was so excited to have a Sonos but wish I went with a Bose. Save your money.

The Sonos Roam portable speaker was a great addition to our already robust Sonos speaker system. This was a gift for my wife and she has absolutely loves it so far. Especially comes in handy while she gets ready as she can move it from the bathroom the the bedroom with ease. great sound quality and simple charging are a couple more pros for this speaker. Recommended if you already utilize Sonos for your speaker setup.

The speaker sounds a lot better than I anticipated. I find that it has good highs mitts and bass. The base does not overpower the mids in the highs it's just right, music sounds incredible. I'm very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it.

Sound is amazing. Charges quickly, very portable and is beautifully designed. Rivals the sound of the Sonos sound bar.

Great product and is exactly what I needed. We needed a speaker for our office, we purchased 2 of these and can connect them to use in sync. Great!

This is the second roam we own. Nice products, good sound for a carry around device.
