Power reset the TV, simply unplug the unit and wait 1-2 minutes then plug the device back in and power on. You may also update the software of the TV. Good value when on sale

This one had decent reviews and was on sale as open box that I could afford. Not thrilled it's a Google TV and didn't want an Amazon brand either, both which seem to be taking over. So far I am happy with it and, if on sale, would buy again.
