Thanks for commenting. We are sorry if the picture, sound, and sleep timer feature of the KD43X85K didn't live up to your expectations. For the picture and sound, this TV actually has a Display & Sound settings that you can configure according to your preferences. You may refer to the steps below for more details:
• Press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control, then select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — the desired option.

The picture and sound quality usually depend on the signal and content. You may experience a lower quality picture than specified for your TV for several reasons. To experience the highest quality picture on your TV, the video source should be the same quality (HD, 4K, etc.) as specified for your TV. As for the sound, you have to consider that the sound quality of the television is dependent on the source that you're playing. Quality depends on the original video provided by the video content provider and your connection bandwidth. If you want more powerful sound, we recommend using a soundbar or home theater system.
As for the sleep timer, to set the sleep timer settings using the supplied remote control, you can simply press the quick settings (gear button) on the remote and select sleep timer or set the timer using the voice command. The google command is: "set sleep timer for xx minutes."
