It does have a 120hz panel. But overall picture it’s okay. Only reason I’m not a fan of them it’s because they’re bulky and feel like older models TVs. I had to return mine and went with the OLED C3

Graphics are a completely 180 and colors are amazing. Definitely makes the gaming experience so much better. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, my TV keeps crashing. 5 times in 20 minutes today. No idea why. It simply reboots. At first I thought it was updating, but it isn't. I don't have the box anymore so I can't return it.

The X85K is a direct lit LED panel design which provides good off axis viewing angles. The best viewing distance depends on the TV's size and display resolution. The recommended distance for comfortable viewing depends on the video or program you are watching, the viewing environment, and the physical conditions of the person watching it. 43" like for like replacement

The old tv was also a sony. Was also the same size. I am only giving a 3-star ratiing for a few reasons. I also own other sony tvs. The stand is basic to most tvs on the market. Completely different from the tv it us replacing. Old tv stand was much better. My other complaint, would be the picture. In the store, the tv on display had a great picture. Could see it clear even when stepping to the side of the screen. When i set up the tv at home. As you get to the side, watching the tv from even a slight angle. The picture begins to get blurry or not as sharp. I have prided myself on owning sony televisions. However, i wouldn't recomend this tv. Sorry Sony.

This is due to the cable service in my area, Spectrum. I think that type of information should be fully and clearly posted in the store, web site and as it’s purchased. After set up, TV is easy to operate and has clear, vivid color picture. I really like the microphone option of finding programs. The professional installation was well worth the extra cost…. The Tech was polite, covered his shoes, unpacked tv, made all connections with the other equipment. AND, took away the box! The only les than great is the sound…. With a sound bar it’s good, not sure if I would be as happy without one. For me this was a good purchase.

I thought I was very clear as the compatibility with Direct StreamTV and wi-fi so I wouldn't have to buy a box from ATT. The salesman steered me to this Sony. I have had many Sony products over the years and was happy to buy this one. That was the last time I was happy. It took many days and at least 6 phone calls to ATT, DirectTvStream, and Sony to figure out how to get the tV set up to communicate with my gateway/modem. Then I had a hell of a time trying to get the Direct Tv Stream app onto the TV. Then I realized that with the crappy little remote control there was no numerical pad to enter channel numbers and no way to easily access the Direct Stream guide. I was thoroughly fed up and arranged to return the TV. I need something much simpler. I may spend less for some other TV and the buy the Direct TV box.

Unfortunately, the DIRECTV app is not available to download on Google Play Store on this TV. But you can use your mobile device to cast DIRECTV content from your smartphone to this TV. Please refer to the link below for more information on how to use Chromecast Built-In (Google Cast) on your TV.

As for the lack of numeric pad, there is a number button on the remote (123 (Control menu) button - upper part) that will make a number pad appear on your television when needed for an easier access.
