||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This TV came as a replacement, under the Geek Squad protection plan, to the TV purchased at Best Buy about a year ago. The prior flat screen TV lost sound . The Geek Squad attempted to order a mother board, but could not, so Geek Squad replaced the TV. The TV replacement process took to long and had tom many steps involved, but at the end of the day, Best Buy stood behind their Geek Squad guaranty.

Great TV and Great value

However, I would not avoid this TV just because of the speakers. Unfortunately, virtually every TV sold these days have average or below speakers and sound bars are a must.

Good TV

We were not willing to spend over $1000 for a new TV for his "man cave" so he did his research and decided this TV was the best quality. Within the first week the TV had a technical defect and we had to return it. We were given a new one and haven't had any problems. The 4K is very good. My fiancé is very happy with this TV for the price.

A Great TV with all the bells and whistles

High quality Sony colours in 4K ultra HD. Has been working well. Connected to wifi, audio system and Fire TV. Just great!

I compared many brands and what I appreciated is that the sales person actually validated my findings. The Sony is a great product !!!
