Not user friendly.

Directions for use are minimal. Had to use 4 remotes to control attached devices including Direct TV. Couldn't access full HBO go. Had non Sony sound bar that we couldn't control in front or barely behind the tv.

Also the "smart" interface is a bit sluggish. If 49 inches is your limit, this is the next best thing to a Samsung.
