Great transition to 4k tv

My mother who is not easy to please was thrilled with their help and training her on the remote has well has installing the TV. Thank you and the Geek Squad for this service.

Great tv, almost no bezel.

Sound a bit cheap, but nothing a soundbar Can fix. Overall great tv for any setting.

It's light weight so I can move it to face a different direction according to where I'm sitting. It has a really sharp picture, I can get captions with the push of a button on the remote. The captions work on all of the programs I watch, even those from many years ago. There are so many other things that the remote will do. I love my new Sony!

Missing crucial antenna tuning facilities

Pressing a number such as '4' will not get antenna channel 4.1, else a non connected TV function. Also there is a lag between visible speech and sound. Impossible to look at. Requires turn TV off-then-on to reset. Tedious. Those things need fixed on my next TV. Also 'toggling' to last selection gets stuck in HDMI input when not wanted. Requires manual input selection to return to 'TV-Antenna' Not convenient. These make it like getting a new BMW which I have to get in front of and crank by hand sometimes. Sony must do better. Good picture though.
