siny picture very clear, beautiful. motion has ghosting, will get a tv at 120 refresh. not sure if i like roku or google tv better

Great picture, flawless performance. Would give it a 5 if it would support “Spectrum TV”app. Had to purchase a Roku box to make it function like it should have out of the box.

Completely died 6 weeks after purchasing

We have Sony TVs throughout our house and purchased this one for our son’s room because we thought the quality would be a step above the less expensive, off-name brands. The TV just simply stopped turning on 6 weeks after purchasing. We attempted to get help from Best Buy (because it’s a BRAND NEW TV THAT COMPLETELY STOPPED WORKING FIR NO APPARENT REASON 6 WEEKS AFTER PURCHASING) and Best Buy told us that they couldn’t help because we were outside the 15 day return window (???). They did offer to send out a repair technician at a cost to us (um, no thank you …). I contacted Sony directly and they are replacing the TV for us at no cost. In fact, the replacement TV shipped today. This has been an egregiously terrible customer service experience with Best Buy. They absolutely should have taken care of this. I suspect that our lemon of a TV is an anomaly and that the replacement TV will be fine. We have not had any problems with the 6 other Sony TVs throughout our house (all purchased more than 5 years ago).
