Worst customer experience ever!

Bought this TV from Best Buy out of the box it did not work. I have so far spent over 12 hours between Best Buy and Sony customer service trying to get resolution still don’t have an answer on it. They continue to add new layers and new layers upon new layers first you go through two layers of customer service help ““ where they take you through the set up and the reset up of the TV that took about two 2 1/2 hours Then you get an email saying please take pictures of the TV so we can return it or do whatever they’re gonna do so I take the pictures send them on my Apple iPhone to them as requested then I get an email back saying we can’t accept them in the Apple to our format so you’re gonna have to find another way to send the pictures to me Then you just ask what is the final what are you guys gonna do? Are you gonna give me a TV or you gonna do - still waiting!

The Bravia 9 is the best...the color the brightness is ver very good...excellent choice if you have this..top of the line right now...nothing more to say only this tv is way way way the best among the rest.

I was disappointed with my Sony Bravia TV. The bluetooth connectivity is not as quick as my last Sony Bravia.
I need to intermittently tell the TV to connect to my head phones.
Picture is OK. I stream using ATT as my ISP and suspect they are streaming 1080p instead of 4K.
The sound is "tinty" with little base hence the headphones.
My next TV will not be a Sony.

If your just wanting to watch movies its good but other than that below par Sony is crazy thinking this thing is worth 600$ new

Do not buy any of the open box TV’s especially when it says excellent condition. It’s a lie. Ours had a huge crack along the side where the outer frame seam is located. You can see pixels shining through the crack. Garbage and misleading. I would consider this condition “FAIR” at best.

I have purchased numerous Sony Organic LED TV’s a long with most recent purchase of the Sony 50in Bravia 3 from Bestbuy and Bestbuy and Sony are hands down the Best. Bestbuy is the best go to for all of your Electronics.

TV cannot hold wifi connection

This TV constantly drops wifi connection. I took all required procedures to address this issue including constant contact with my wifi provider. This only occurs with this tv. My other 3 Sony Bravia's don't seem to have this problem. I have reset the network, disconnected the power source, reset my router and I can't watch more than 10 minutes of a program before it drops the wifi signal. The issue is not the quality of picture and sound, it is the failure to maintain wifi connection.

1. Check for missing updates: Occasionally, your TV may not function as expected due to outdated software. You can verify this by navigating to Settings > System > About > System Software Update > Check for Updates.
2. Verify your router's frequency band settings: The performance of your TV can vary depending on the band it is connected to. We recommend using the 2.4 GHz band for optimal performance.
3. Review your Internet Protocol settings: It is advisable to use IPv4 instead of IPv6 for better compatibility.

TV would not download the Spectrum app without having Xumo box. I was disappointed in the fact, I asked about Spectrum app.
We apologize for any disappointment regarding the Spectrum TV app. Currently, Spectrum does not offer a native app for the Google TV platform. However, you can still enjoy your Spectrum content on your BRAVIA 3 by using the built-in Chromecast feature to cast the Spectrum TV app directly from your smartphone, tablet, or laptop to the TV. Alternatively, the TV supports Spectrum through external devices like a Roku, Apple TV, or the Xumo box connected via HDMI.
