My MAJOR disappointment is the Samsung app store is proprietary and does not have access to all apps on the Apple store or the Google Play store. It picks and choses what to support. This was a total downfall for myself as I have all streaming TV and utilize SLING TV, which is not supported by Samsung. I have to utilize a ROKU in order to get all apps that I want!!! BAD NEWS Samsung!!!

Picture is great and the sound seems good for the kind of sound you get out of a super thin LED TV. I use a Sony receiver with HDR 4-K pass through for the sound though. With the android system it has a lot to offer. Very happy paying the extra money this cost compared to other tv’s.

Choice was between Sony and Samsung. Decided on Sony and had Geek Squad handle the installation.Great TV and Geek Squad did a great job of installation. Pictures are very sharp and guests have commented about the quality of the picture. Very happy with our purchase

I was looking at one on the floor marked down when a salesman showed me the 4K. Wow what a huge difference in the color. Needless to say, I went home with the 4K and I couldn't be happier. The color is just beautiful and I would highly recommend the Sony to anyone looking to purchase a new TV.

When you set the Picture Mode to Auto, it optimizes itself for you to give you the best picture quality for whatever Input is being displayed. The voice remote is also very cool. Press one button and speak to search YouTube, Google and various applications. IMO this TV gives you the best bang for your buck.
