So so clear the sound and color is amazing Couldn't be happier.....great tv

The picture quality is excellent. We upgraded from an older Sony (2010) model and we are very happy with this new one. The set-up did not take long other than the software update, but I just let that run during a time when we were not using the TV. It was easy to run the Netflix and Amazon apps. We have not used the 3D feature but overall we are very satisfied thus far.

Easy to set up and navigate usage. Sporting events are extremely clear.

Love the picture and features. But the sound is little lacking. have to have it up to 34-40 level before you can hear really good but that like low-mid volume. sounds like it all going out the back. Will get a Sound Bar for this. :-)

I've always avoided Sony products because I find them to be needlessly expensive, but the Sony KDL55W800C LED HDTV seemed to be reasonably priced. Unfortunately, this TV, while 3D-capable, does not come with any active 3D glasses, so if you would like to watch movies in 3D, you'll need to buy the glasses separately. And then there's the audio. It's simply too low and weak. So expect to pay extra for a sound bar if you don't desire a whole home theater system. The picture really is beautiful, though, and aside from those things I mentioned, I'm pretty happy with the TV.

The picture is good and the stand doesn't take up much space so it fits nicely into smaller areas compared to other 55 inch TV's. My only complaint is that my Samsung blu ray player doesn't seem to be compatible which is frustrating. It's possibly a setting but I haven't been able to get it to work using an HDMI cord.

I went in to purchase the 4k Sony, but after speaking with the Best Buy Rep., he suggested this one for $100 less due to the fact there is very little 4k content and because it was going to be used mostly for my kids for Apple TV and video games. So far, we are all happy with the picture quality and the sound isn't too bad either.

Beautiful picture, vibrant color, nice looking TV.

Great picture. This tv communicates well with my Sony blue ray surround sound unit. When we watch our DVDs, it just like being at the movies. Outstanding picture sound and clarity. And our Comcast remote control controls both the tv and the blue ray. The down side is that when we turn on the tv, it takes about 30 seconds for the surround sound to come on.

Light weight, easy setup, and most definitely best buy! Took me < 30 min to get it out of the box and set it up. Even kids (5 & 3 years old were able to operate the TV on the same day. $ well spent!!!

Great purchase. Have owned this TV for 4 months with no issue. Picture quality is everything I expected it to be. Highly recommend to those who do not want to shell out the extra money for 4k
