Have been a Sony TV owner since before the Trinitron days and have never had and issue. Just retired a 12 y/o fully functional 45" Sony rear projection TV and found this (55") to be the optimal size for our family room. I watch a lot of outdoor / nature / panorama / sports / and cinema quality stuff and I actually get lost in the quality of the imagery I'm viewing. 2160p / 3D / 4K / Ultra HD....regardless of the label you throw on it the absolute best bang for your buck available. Add the Sony sound bar and sub and your package is complete for movies and concerts.

Purchased this t.v. because our Samsung was damaged by lightning. I wanted to upgrade to a ultra high def t.v. but was not sure what brand to buy because this was all new to me. Started to go with another Samsung because the previous one had a great picture. A family member recommended that I check this t.v. out at a Best Buy store and so I did. It seemed to have a great picture so I made the purchase and have only had the t.v. for about a month but seems like it will be a good t.v. Has all the features I was looking for but the main thing is that it has a great picture.

This TV presents a great picture. It was easy to set up and connect to Wi-Fi. It also connected to our cable company without harassment. Good purchase.

Very easy set up on this TV. Voice activated controls, comes with all the internet apps and crystal clear picture. Sony has done it again, only better.

Sony has def done better with their TVs. Great oic and actually looked better than most of the Samsung in the category. Great price for an awesome tv.

I am totally satisfied with this purchase. This TV has a great picture and has been pretty user friendly.

The price was right and the Quality of this tv is satisfieing, picture is brite and so clear, a big step up from my old tv. Easy to use and set up!

I love this TV....I have been telling everyone how good the picture is...How cool the features are...But.....I can't get my game headphones to work with it...I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone with Sony...at the end they said they would call me and send someone out to look at it....that was TWO weeks ago...still have not hear from them....TV is Great.....Customer service sucks!!

Never had a Sony TV before. I am now concerned about the life of a TV today due to my Panasonic Plasma I bought from Best Buy 6 1/2 years ago for $3000 decided to blow some boards and the picture went all at once. I don't blame Best Buy. I do commend them. I don't think they carry Panasonic TVs any longer. Panasonic was no help. I will never buy anything Panasonic EVER. Beware!!! The SONY I enjoy so far for $1200. I can voice activate YOUTUBE and watch anything. Picture quality good. Sorry I can't give an excellent rating yet. Its only been a couple months. But I do like it.

I bought this TV for the bedroom as I loved my 65" Sony 4k I have in the family room. It replaced my old reliable Sony 46" which is now in the home gym in the basement. This TV is everything Sony says it is. The Android TV interface is an improvement over the previous interface, and the best new feature is AC wireless! I have an AC router so when I found out the new TV had AC wireless it was a no brainer. Last but not least, the picture is amazing!

Picture is amazing, compared to Samsung UN55JS8500FXZA & Vizio M60-C3. All had great pictures but the Sony had the truest colors. Vizio comparable cost but Samsung much more expensive. To set-up the Sony will need to know your Google username and password. Netflix and Amazon also if you are going to use these. Also to set-up Wifi password. Only issues I have had is if my ISP looses connection the TV Wifi drops and sometimes the only way to get it back is to unplug the TV. If you are just mainly watching Satellite or Cable this is not an issue

We were in need of a new t.v. unexpectedly but were not financially ready to spend what we thought we were going to have to spend to get a quality replacement to our current set. Boy was I wrong! I am impressed with the picture quality and overall features,plus we picked it up on sale for 1199! My only suggestion would be to get a quality sound bar to go with it. This tv like most others now are so thin that they lack quality internal speakers. Don't let this sway you away from this set.The picture quality is great, and the sound bar easily fixes the sound issue.

A great 4k set, with vivid colors and deep blacks. it came out of the box with very good image settings, I ran a calibration DVD but ended up only changing a few things. Easy access to 4k content from YouTube and Netflix. The Android TV gives access to all kinds of online content, streaming movies works great. Also it's easy to link you iPhone to the TV with Sony's SideView App. I love the feature to look at TV listings on my phone, tap it on that screen, and have the TV automatically change to that program. Lots of great features on this TV.

The quality of this television is absolutely amazing. The price was fantastic four something with such great quality. Picture and sounds is great.

I can't wait to try the 3D feature. Otherwise very happy with the beautiful picture this TV provides.

This is by far the best tv I have ever owned. The picture is excellent, mounting was really simple and it's just a blast to watch. The only downside was that setting up the tv is not very user friendly (on account of it having android). That's the only reason I couldn't give it 5 starts, but I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

Had this TV put on the wall and it looks great. The picture is crystal clear and the TV was easy to set up. I am very happy with my purchase.

The SONY Bravia 4K Ultra is a great TV. Has options to do many things and was easy to set up and understand. Very good picture and friendly usability.

I compared quite a few Sony TVs when shopping around. I ended up with this one for the 4KUltra, the great value, and the overall great product. I've had it for a 2 months now. No issues, Awesome picture. I use it for Netflix, my PS4, and occasionally for the Apps, Pandora and Radio. Very happy with the purchase.

This TV has everything. More than I need, and a little intimidating. It has a great picture and the color is fantastic. Looks great on wall.
