I love our new Sony TV. The sales associate was very knowledgeable when she assisted me. Once I got home, the setup of thr TV was a little challenging.

This 55 in is awesome. I bought for my living room to replace another Sony I bought. The picture is awesome. I also bought the Sony soundbar for it to and was seamlessly connected. Well worth the money.

Its not easy to find different places in the settings that need to be fixed or changed. It’s frustrating!

Awesome picture .  I replaced my Sony Bravia OLED that was about three years old. Still has a nice picture but this picture on this TV is outstanding.

This is a great TV. Setup was easy, but I was expecting the delivery team to do the setup like they did the last time I purchased a TV from Best Buy about 6 years ago. I guess Best Buy’s free delivery was just that, they just dropped off the TV and left.

I love this TV! We were looking for a good quality smart TV to hang on the wall above our fireplace in our family room, that we are in the process of renovating. The quality of the picture is outstanding —- lightyears better than our old Sony Bravia!!! We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Definitely worth the $$.

TV issues, 3rd party installers are horrible

I had this TV installed by third party installers from Best Buy. It was absolute waste. The first team set the TV up in less than 5 minutes, didn’t go through any of the actual setup. TV kept freezing, shutting off, going back to Home Screen on its own. When the voices on shows started sounding like robots I thought I may be the TV. I got it exchanged, I told the store employee I didn’t want third party installers. They didn’t listen and I ended up with third party AGAIN. I paid all that money for the tv and install just to get the same treatment, and have the same issues. I’ll never know if third party set it up wrong, or if the TV is junk. I have to change the input everyday and it won’t connect to WiFi automatically. This is the only device i. The house I have issues with. They didn’t ask me what position I wanted the stand, and they left all the back pieces off and peaced out. Absolutely awful experience after spending close to $2000.00 see pics below. I had to move the feet on my own. My mother got the same tv installed by an actual geek squad member and doesn’t have these issues.

It’s disappointing to hear that the third-party installation service did not meet your expectations and that you encountered multiple issues with your TV. Our team is aware of the problem and are actively working on a solution. In the meantime, we recommend trying the following steps:
Set the Bravia Sync to OFF On the remote control, press the (Quick Settings) button and select Settings → Channels & Inputs → External inputs → BRAVIA Sync settings→ turn OFF BRAVIA Sync control Use a CEC-less HDMI cable or adapter to prevent the TV from rebooting or restarting. Set The SAMBA Interactive TV to OFF On the remote control, press the (Quick Settings) button and select Settings→ System → Samba Interactive TV → turn OFF Samba Interactive TV.
We encourage you to periodically check our support site for updates regarding any improvement measures.
