    The Sony Bravia is excellent. The picture quality has the bright and vivid colors, just as I saw in the store. I also like the sound quality. I am thoroughly happy with this product and will share it with others so they may enjoy the tv as well. I give it a 5 star rating.

    excellent color. 2 problems.. vertical bars {lines appear in middle of screen (off and on ). Annoying. geek squad said maybe panel defect. also buffers wifi signal and loses internet connection for a few seconds. thinking about returning,

    Nuisance Gliches

    Had to exchange. TV turned on and off by itself multiple times in a row. Picture froze. Kept rebooting on initial turn on or Sony banner would appear even though setting was set to return to last input. Periodically disconnected from WiFi and reconnected. Cable brought out new box but did not resolve issue. Best Buy was great with the exchange…delivered…mounted…set up…removed tv at no cost to me. Above and beyond service! I still have concerns with new set. Intermittent turn on issues…picture flashes on and off…must turn off TV and restart…notification that updates available…do update…next day notification that updates are available again! Just a nuisance! Hopefully I can get Geek Squad to trouble shoot! The picture on this TV is great…wonderful color and brightness. Putting aside the gliches, I am enjoying the entertainment this TV provides! Reluctant to suggest buying if you are not tech savvy.

    My Smart TV Experience

    We bought a 2025 Samsung 65 inch smart TV after purchasing and returning a 55 inch Sony. The Sony oicture was too dark and we couldn't adjust the light to he bright enough. The Samsung picture is great, but has too many AI features for my wide, but otherwise we are used to Samsumg products. The process for exchanging was simple and made easy.

    I’ve had the TV for almost 3 weeks now and so far it’s been good. The picture quality is amazing. The sound is okay (I didn’t purchase the sound bar). The only issue I’ve had so far is when the TV randomly glitches out, when I’m using the Netflix app, and the remote doesnt work. I had to unplug, and plug back in to make it work again. It happened twice so far so we’ll see what happens..but other than that not bad.

    Sony Bravia TV has wonderful color, sharp picture and sound. unfortunately, it is not a user friendly tv set. It is very difficult to set it up. I am having trouble with a tv that is smarter than I am.

    When I purchase anything I do a lot of research. The sales person was excellent and helped me make an informed decision based upon my needs. The SONY BRAVIA 8 OLED lives up to it's reputation. We have had the tv for about 2 weeks. We have noticed the difference with in having rich color tones and detail.

    Very good picture for sure. The downside is the picture was not bright enough for my living room with one window for sure. Another concern is possible burn in even though it had active pixels in the panel. Returned for possible update on a led. If a person wants taking a chance with oled with the cons on burn in, the tv is awesome in hdr range. Sony is very user friendly in all the settings.
