For the past 20 years I have always had top of the line LED TV'S (Panasonic, and Sony BRAVIA). OLED has change everything about watching just cable TV channels, movies on TNT, FX, BBC, USA all channels and even local CBS, NBC, FOX and WKRN are amazing Color are so realistic ounce you find your perfect settings and straight-out the box is great, but I just had to make a few changes. Streaming is very fast because of the processor Sony uses in this TV. 4k UHD content unbelievable for me because of coming from LED was just not as bright and deep in colors to perfection like OLED. Now I do have to mention that my last Sony X90L 55 inch just went out on me after 5 years and 2 months (I had a 5-year warranty) this will be my last Sony if It has anything go wrong with it!!!

Amazing TV!

It's a huge upgrade over my old 2017 Sony Brava that was getting up there in age. This tv feels sleek and modern. Very beautiful picture and brightness.

Great picture, but the TV has a couple of issues

Therefore, I purchased another Sony. This one has a great picture, but the TV locked up on me within two weeks of purchasing it. The remote control wouldn't do anything to address this (it didn't work). I had to unplug the TV and then plug it back in to reset it. I also have experienced the issue of NexGen channels showing up as a black screen (with audio) on a number of occasions. Changing channels doesn't fix the issue, nor does turning the TV off and then back on. Only unplugging the TV and then plugging it back in corrects the problem each time. This is disappointing for what I feel is one of the top TV brands on the market.

I think it’s cool that the volume comes out the tv no speakers needed. Plus, the picture is crystal clear. The images are beautiful and the contress is great too. I recommend this set.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Replaced a sony bravia led with this oled,liked my led really like this oled.My grandson decided to try ouy his new airsoft pistol in the house,my led tv didnt survive.I have a playstation 5 and this tv is great with it.Im not a pro gamer play 10 or 12 hours a week.Picture and sound quality are great.I would definitely recommend this tv.

With the 4K picture quality is dramatically improved over our previous Sony Bravia. With the addition of Google to this we are having to learn it’s functionality but have already discovered added benefits to this state of the art entertainment.

I have this in our gaming room and mostly used for gaming and some streaming and it truly does not dissapoint. This is a well-rounded OLED TV that delivers excellent performance without the premium price of flagship models. While it's still a little on the pricier side (at least when I purchased it), it provides the deep black levels and outstanding contrast OLEDs are known for, along with a range of calibrated modes for streaming services. Its color accuracy and impressive HDR performance make it a great option for both movie lovers and everyday viewing. With its blend of performance and value, the Sony B8 easily earns my Top Choice for 2024.

Unfortunately they were not able to find the original stand to the tv but we were able to make do. Have always heard Sony was the best brand for tv’s (even when I worked for Best Buy briefly) and wanted to try one out. Has a very nice picture, well above what it would be replacing (a 16 year old Samsung) Would recommend!

I was a little apprehensive about buying it especially after a few people had posted they had problems with the tv rebooting regularly. After two visits to our local Best Buy, I decided to gamble and buy it. I’m glad I did. The color is vibrant and detailed and the tv was easy to set up and is working flawlessly. The Sony name has never let me down.

LG/Samsung brights are more vibrant. Sony has better overall picture quality. Would highly recommend this tv.

Built in sound speakers surprisingly good though using sound bar instead. Have had trouble with voice/sound synching which requires resets, but that could be the streaming service, not sure.
