I have 2 TVs in my living room so I can watch multiple sporting events at once and this replaced a 2016 model that still has a good picture, but couldn't handle some of the newer apps well (I gave that one to a neighbor). I highly recommend this new one!

It was delivered to my house on time as promised. The controls took a little time to get use to but I managed. I had to call Best Buy for assistance but they couldn’t figure out the problem but scheduled a technician at no cost to me. The technician figured out the problem really quick. It was a piece of wood blocking the signal from the controller. A little slide over of the cable box and problem solved. Best Buy was super to work with and they took excellent care of this customer.

It almost seems 3 dimensional. We have another, older, Sony 55" TV and the picture is very nice but this one is much better.

Tv is amazing!

Sharp images and convenient wall mount screws holes! The 65in version of this TV, the screws holes on the back of the tv were too high, making it difficult to mount it without hitting the ceiling! The one flaw I did notice is the volume. It's not as loud as I would like it. Overall TV is great! Definitely recommend!

Tv shows are more enjoyable to watch and movies really pop more! Sound quality for a 55 inch is pretty good but can notice that the focus on this is just the picture itself

Hardest decision was picking between the B 7 and Bravia 8, mini LED being much brighter and all. But I ended with the Bravia 8 because I wanted the better blacks and this thing is bright! At the store it looked dim, but trust me, this TV is bright inside my room. My doom does not have direct sunlight, but I do not expect the TV to have issues at normally lid rooms. 120hz at 4k is awesome, I use it to play video games on my PC and it is butter smooth picture. Only thing I miss is the line output to send the audio to my amps, but digital audio should be better if you have a good DAC. Or bluetooth for non-hifi speakers.

The picture quality is worlds better than my last Sony Bravia and universes better than my Samsung. My only complaint is the buttons on the remote are VERY small, and difficult for middle-aged eyes to see. I think I will have to get a universal remote so I can actually see the icons on the buttons.

We had a problem with the first one we got randomly rebooting a couple times. Returned it after a week, and the one we have now has been flawless. Bought a Sony Soundbar and woofer with it. Good sound. Speakers on TV are typical small hollow sound.
