    Not a bad tv for the money (it was on sale). I would not recommend it for the regular price.

    Josh and Patti were great at listening to my home theater needs then giving me options at every turn. No pressuring, they were patient with every one of my questions. When I finally decided, Patti was very thorough in explaining every detail of my bill and the various timelines for returns. Logan and Kennedy were the Geek Squad members who helped me set it up.     This is an awesome TV, Top quality. Cons it only has 2, 2.1 HDMI ports, one of the being a ARC/EARC. For a gamer with a PS5 Pro and a Xbox Series X I can’t use the ARC for my sound bar without buying a new expensive sounded bar with 2, 2.1 HDMI ports to pass to my console tru. I used the audio digital out cable and it took me days to get the audio delay out of it, watching a movie or playing a FPS was impossible with the audio delay. Sony needed to have 4, 2.1 HDMI ports on this TV.

    I had a Sony for double the price of this Samsung. I wasn’t blown away by Sony so I went back to a Samsung television that was actually bigger than what I had and less money.Good size good price

    I used to love the quality of Sony TVs, but the last one I purchased didn't last 5 years (bad tuner). But I thought that was an anomaly and I purchased this one, a more expensive model. I am disappointed with the brightness when in the cable mode. I have seen a few glitches, I think this one will have end up having tuner issues as well. This might be my last Sony.

Having read your review regarding the brightness when in the cable mode, please give us more information about the situation you are facing with your setup so we can better assist you.

      Picture mode settings provide preset adjustments for the type of picture you are viewing. Picture settings also allow a wide array of changes to color, contrast, clarity, and brightness that can improve the viewed content on your Google TV. The picture quality may improve if you change it in [Picture] under [Settings].
