Love this Sony TV. Our family has a history of purchasing Sony TV's and this one tops them all. Although our living room is not overly large, this 55" TV is perfect. We put it over the fireplace and it is just right. The sound bar is a great addition. In store and installation tech's were knowledgeable about product, helpful, courteous and went far beyond what is expected. GREAT BUY!

Now, to start, I chose this brand solely for the best gaming experience. That being said... breathtaking. The contrast, the lighting, literally everything I thought would be a smaller upscale was noteworthy. In a more dramatic approach, as someone who has slight photosensitivity, I literally joked with my fiancee about needing sunglasses. The annoying part is unboxing and set up is lengthy, but it's a necessity for smart TVs in general.

Sound is wonderful. Connects easily to your network. Color is fantastic. Apps are great.

It a very good tv the 4k hdr. And doby vision is out standing the picture is great. All and all I love this tv.

Right out of the box easy to setup and connect. Amazing picture, this replaced a plasma I had that was great.

All of my TVs are Samsung. Never had a problem with them at all. I wanted to try something different so I purchased this Sony. And to be honest, All of my friends tell me that the picture is better on my Samsung NU8500 series. I like this Sony TV especially the remote where I can give voice commands to change channels and open apps. So if you want to save 300 dollars on a tv with better pic, go with the Samsung. Both are similar in pick and quality to me though

Good picture but not great in bright rooms with direct sunlight because it has a lot of glare from the sun. Should have gotten the 65 inch and wish the remote was backlit

This line was recommended to me by a friend who owns a hi-end audio video shop. Went with a 55” unit and couldn’t be happier. I was thinking OLED but decided on LCD to avoid burn-in issues. I’ve fed this unit an ATV 4K, PS4 Pro and Oppo 205 - all great units to pair with this display. Out the box it was great display. Did a few minor tweaks to dial in the settings and for me it was perfect. Very happy with this unit and would definitely recommend.

I purchased this tv because it has a vivid picture. The colors are amazing. And I can also control my home theater devices using the tv remote. I wanted the freedom of just having one remote that controls everything. I must say that my av receiver is also a Sony product. This tv has a lot of great features which I haven't discovered yet, since I've only had it 3 weeks. And so far, No disappointment here.

Bright, beautiful picture. Turns on quickly. HDMI connectors a bit hard to get to. Black is really black.

The picture quality is great. Updated software has improved. Only thing I don’t care for is the remote

We love our TV. It is the perfect size for our bedroom and being a smart tv, allowed us to go cable free.

Having been spoiled and very happy with my Pioneer Elite, I was not looking forward to the day when it needed to be replaced. I am thrilled with this new Sony 4K 55” 900F Television. The picture is first class with deep blacks, a natural looking color palette, and it uses so little power compared to my cherished Elite. The set up is a bit confusing and takes some patience, but once you get to just watching TV, it is an OMG moment! I love it.

Overall I like the TV but haven't used very many of it's features. I had trouble deciding between this Sony 900F and the Q6 Samsung each had a lot of great features. The colors are very nice when watching movies or video games and the movement seems fluid for the games being played. I did and do like this Sony and hope that it works trouble free for a few years. TV is wall mounted and you can hear the speakers pretty well but I'm using a older Samsung sound bar from the previous TV and it works good. Only time will tell how good this product is but I' happy with it and no complaints about it. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the limited experience and time I've had the TV not because I'm not satisfied with it.

Very nice TV for the price. Relatively easy setup. Sound is just ok, but easy to add soundbar.

We are very happy with our new X900F series Sony TV. The colors are vibrant and the sound is excellent.
