I must say I researched and compared many smart tv's before making this purchase. I am so glad I decided to go with this Sony tv! The picture and color are fantastic, and the sound is perfect! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new tv.

The BB techs managed to hook up this TV to our internet system with some help. Didn't quite manage to get the sound system right and there's not much help in the instructions, but we finally bought a sound bar and said the heck with it. The picture is lovely, bright and clear. We're still trying to figure out the apps that came with it. Again, the instructions weren't terribly clear for any of them.

WOW what a picture on a TV! Looked at many TVs, I always go with Sony as I believe you get the best TV and the best place to go to buy any electronic is Best Buy. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

The picture! The features! I’m in love! Went back to Sony from Samsung and very happy. 4K where have you been all my life! It would have been a better experience if I were sold the correct amount of cables...but I love this tv! Thinking of getting two more!!!!

So far we are loving this TV - clear picture, easy to use remote. We've had a SONY in the past and it lasted a long time so I'm hoping we'll have the same results with this new one. It has new features so we're on a learning curve.

This tv has a very very good pic. 1080p up scaling is excellent. Has good low input lag for gaming. The smart tv features are less than satisfying. Android tv missing a lot of popular apps and casting apps is a pain. In addition to the substantial cost of this tv plan on buying a roku also.

The picture quality is outstanding. Im not big into tech stuff, so I don’t know specifics, but you can tell this tv is awesome just by watching. Even watching Shrek was like watching a totally new movie!

I bought open box including only the tv. no remote, no stand for $300. Fantastic deal. I had been looking for it to drop in price and when I saw the open box value I jumped. No regrets, it is an excellent picture and comes with most popular apps built in. I only wish I could hook up wireless keyboard to it.

I've always been a Samsung fan with TVs and pretty much everything, but when they showed me the difference between this and the Samsung tv, I was blown away. The color is much more vivid than the Samsung! Plus Google assistance is nice to have as well.

We have had the TV up and running for a couple of days now. Everything looks great and the picture quality is outstanding. The think the only drawback is now I have to upgrade my Netflix account to 4K so it’s picture quality is the same as everything else.

I have no complaints. It’s responsive, gorgeous picture, and has convenient smart features. I also chose this because OLED has the potential for burn in, and I haven’t had to worry about that at all.

Great picture, thin and lightweight. Fast pictures still have slight blur but great bright colors.

This tv was just the right size for our living room. It’s big but doesn’t overpower the room. The picture is sharp and clear and I like that I can just tell it what I want and it’s there. Very good quality. We’ve never been disappointed with Sony TV.

This television has an incredibly clear picture with vivid colors and sharp visuals, and it looks more like I'm looking at something live than just on television. I highly recommend this television - it is an excellent value and quality for the price.

Had the tv for a couple years now. Holds up well, zero issues so far. No dead pixels, etc. I suppose an oled or qled is better, but if you're looking to go with a mid range unit, this should get the job done

A nice step up from entry level tvs I'm used to. Better colors, clarity, and depth. Plenty of features and well built. I only wish the cable companies would start broadcasting in 4k so I can really appreciate this tv.

cant believe the quality of the picture. watching this tv makes it seems like youre there. closeups are spectacular.the installer was fantastic. ( ANTHONY) fast, friendly, and explained everything. cleaned up all the trash and carted it away. GREAT JOB

This would get 5, but the Android Interface doesn't pair very well with Google Home and also has alternative apps for Subscriber Streaming that do not function as they would on other devices. The quality of the Television though is phenomenal. If you're looking for over-saturated colors and better blacks you may as well go with a Flagship QLED or OLED. This TV just looks stunning for its price point.

Needed to replace old plasma tv. This Sony is so much better. Picture has great definition and clarity, and the sound is very good. This is our first smart TV, and we are learning more and more about it every day. Great investment, and wonderful support.

As expected, Quality is great, set up is easy and picture is outstanding, great TV for the money
