We bought this TV after we returned an LG that we purchased at another store that had a very poor picture. Professional delivery, easy set up, and excellent picture. In store assistance prior to and during purchase was also great.

I bought this for the bedroom. Sony has a better rating when it comes to long lasting performance. Solid tv; no problems so far; Delivered on 12/27/19. Some websites recommend a formula for picking the right size tv for a room [i.e., distance in inches from tv location to viewing location divided by 2 = tv size (in diagonal inches) needed; 130inches/ 2 = 65inch tv]. I am glad that I did not use this formula. The tv would have been huge for the room. I would recommend taking 40 - 45% of the viewing distance [e.g., ### inches x .4 = ## inches] to get the right size tv for your room. You can round up to the next size tv, if you come up with an odd number [130 inches x .4 = 52inches; rounded up would be a 55inch tv].

This is a fantastic TV, great picture quality and loaded with features. The interface is intuitive and easy to use.

Quality and everything TV wise is amazing buying purely for a good TV it's worth it, but the smart features honestly need work. The built in chrome cast doesn't connect to google home and hulu live TV doesn't work. After an online search I found that Sony as a brand doesn't support hulu live TV and that you need an external chrome cast to sync it to a google home. Might as well sell a nonsmart bravia for $50-100 less since I would need to buy an external one to connect it to a smart home or watch live TV outside of playstation vue.

The kind of Sony TV makes is feel as if we are in a small theater enjoying the best quality, especially with great colors.

This TV has an awesome picture. No negatives as of this time. Everything has been good with this TV. Better than expected.

Bought this to replace our 4k Samsung TV, and I'm glad we switched. Beautiful picture at a pretty decent price.

I love watching this t.v..Trouble is I am not sure how to turn it on to get a picture,while having to use two remotes.

This TV has a great picture. However it had some connectivity issues with the speaker that we got on promotion with it. There are also connectivity issues with my Apple TV.

my sony 55inch is as great as i thought it would be. very easy to get started and it’s very easy to work remote.

can’t go wrong with SONY. TV WORKs great easy to set up and easy to use. Awesome picture also

The best picture I've ever seen. Can't hardly watch any of our other 4K TV's in the house.

Really like the sharp color. Was worried about reflections from windows distorting picture but not a problem.
