GREAT PICTURE!

Missing 3mm port adaptor in box but was given one free of charged (with no hassle) when I asked about it during next store visit. Have not been able to get dongle to work - unclear directions in manual.

But, where they earned their 5-star rating with me was when I had an issue with a line going across the TV,,, they sent out a new one. Sony stood behind their product and made the exchange fairly painless. Good job Sony!!! Thank you!
