Really good quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It’s my first 4K TV n it’s looks incredible, but I started to look up reviews about it on YouTube n they kept saying different things about the 4K, some say not all hdmi support 4k but some say they do other than that it’s really good tv the remote had the Netflix included so it’s jsit a push of a bottom n it’s there.the stock speakers suck no joke literally force me to buy a sound bar so I could hear a clear audio.

No issues. Have not updated the firmware due to certain warnings, I've read about that may not work afterwards, but not updating it has not given me any issues.

Sony tv is the best

I ordered it online and do curbside pick up due to the safe at home order. BestBuy staffs helps us loaded on our car. They are so friendly and really helpful.

But that's why we purchase the 5 year warranty with all of our major purchases at BestBuy a 249.99 1 time purchase covered the expense of this new tv!

I had trouble with my initial TV (Samsung), but the BB store in Crystal Lake, Illinois made it right and helped me pick this Sony TV. I am in love with it and so grateful for the team in Crystal Lake!!!!!!!

Fortunately, I had bought the insurance and after an attempt to replace parts, I was given a new tv of the same model.

Great Picture and Firmware

Firmware updates have gone flawlessly. I like the ambient light brightness control much better than the Samsung it's replacing. Alexa voice control too!
