Its a nice tv with clarity and great contrast. Plenty of options to control picture. Very close to oled. Anti-reflective screen allows me to watch tv with the sun shining through the blinds. A bit expensive though, even with black friday sale.

After looking for a new tv for a while I upgraded from a 2009 40" Sony. This 55" X900F is very similar in over size due to the large bezels of the old tv with a great update in quality for the picture. 4k HDR from my xbox One X looks amazing.

I purchased this TV open box satisfactory. I was a little concerned when it came without a box entirely, but figured it may have just been the floor model. The picture quality is stunning, and the sound quality is great. Definitely a TV worth purchasing if you aren't ready to make the jump to OLED! I don't know if I can recommend paying full price for this TV, because paying anything more than $500 for a TV just seems wrong to me on principle. But I have to say this TV is definitely worth the full price. The Android TV interface is far cleaner and superior to Chromecast or Roku. The picture does occasionally flicker, but I believe that has to do with the screen refresh settings. Overall, an excellent choice for a TV!

This TV has an amazing picture and for the price can't be beat. I went back and forth between the 49 and 55 inch and the extra 6 inches are a big deal. DOLBY VISION cannot be beat, and Samsung doesn't offer it... Sony for the win.

This television was purchased to replace a Samsung 3D Plasma television. The plasma put off so much heat it was affecting the temperature of the house and the cost to run it was extreme. This Sony television picture is amazing, the refresh rate for gaming is incredible, the sound is awesome and there is no need for the three D tv as this one almost appears 3d as it has such a huge definition and refresh rate. It is mesmerizing watching this television. The wifi is very fast, no lag for Netflix, hulu, amazon, etc. The I was prepared to buy a $400 television but after visiting the Best Buy and checking the different models this one blew me away. I know to look for a 4k television and avoid the 740 pix or the 1480 pix but did not understand processors, etc. The assistant helped me and all is

When we were looking for a tv, we knew we would choose Sony. This is a great television with high quality color and resolution! It was easy to set up and control. Would recommend this to anyone who is looking to upgrade their tv!

As indicated, this TV was easy to set up, and the picture is excellent. The colors are vivid, almost un-real compared to my previous TV, also a Sony. Once we got used to the colors they became more enjoyable, very happy with Sony.

The picture quality is in a league of its own! The features are easy to navigate and use. I love this TV! And the staff at Bestbuy were great!

This TV is so awesome. Easy to setup your personal stuff. Picture is crisp and clear. The stock apps that's already included or great easy to use. I am really digging the crisp clear pictures! Well worth the money I paid for it!

last years model 55x900e fried boards after 1 year and 5 months. I had 5 year warranty so I got the x900f with the ugly legs that did not fit my tv stand. Another $300 for new tv stand and $275 for 5 more years warranty on the x900f. I have bought all my electronics from best buy for the past 15 years but this last experience with geek sq. is making me think twice. 3rd party vendor took over 3 weeks to diagnose and another 7 days to get my new tv. Cost me $575 dollars to replace. OK the tv is awesome as far as picture and sound but so was my x900e. Lets see how long this one last. the 5 stars are for the x900f. I already went back and gave the x900e 0 stars. this also has nothing to do with geek sq either because I wold give them 1 star

I bought this tv after debating whether to buy this or the Samsung MU8000. I did a lot of research and decided to buy this one. It’s about $300 more, but it’s worth every penny. Colors are great, blacks are great. I’m happy

Outstanding picture and pleasant set up process. Grateful to the Best Buy staff for their knowledge specifically when it came to installing the appropriate HDMI cable...WOW that makes a noticeable difference.

I enjoyed being served by the Sony Specialist in the Visalia, Vince, who was very helpful and professional in educating me about my purchase options. He also answered questions about other TV brands. I had a VERY negative experience with a 55" Samsung, which died after only three years. After Vince answered all my questions, I decided to buy the highest quality 55" Sony, rather than the next lower model in 65". I am happy with my decision, and friends have commented on the high quality picture. Vince also helped me find a reasonably priced sound bar, which adds greatly to our viewing experience.

really happy with the color and sound and functionality. It was a little pricey at the time (and prices of course drop right after) but with the financing it was manageable which was nice :-)

We're very excited about our new Sony 55" Smart TV with HDR. The picture quality is excellent. Setup was very easy and navigation using the remote is extremely easy to use. We love the versatility and top notch quality.

I have always been a Sony TV fan. The picture is perfect in color from any angle. So many features, still learning, true smart tv. The speakers are a little on the weak side, but more the reason to use my B&W speakers.

I exchanged a Samsung un8000 for this one. This really has to be tweaked to your liking but in the end I love the picture. I play a lot of video games and watch a lot of TV and films and this thing seems to be what I wanted. The Samsung was nice but very dull and dark VS the Sony which is bright. The Samsung has a lot of judder while the Sony runs very smooth. My only real complaint is the interface. The menus are turtle slow!!! Things take a few seconds, and I literally mean, sometimes counting to 5 very slowly, just to change a channel, swipe to the next app or voice to Google a question.

Moved an older 55" TV (maybe 5 years old) to a secondary area to install this in it's place. The difference in picture quality was worth the effort. Really rich color and sharp picture. We only buy Sony TVs

This is our second large screen Sony. First one lasted over 15 years. We are happy with the picture and ease of operation. Wires are tracked for a neat look. Clarity is great especially for sporting events.

Was looking to upgrade to 4K previous tv was Sony never had any problems so when I saw this one just had to have it picture is great has all streaming apps I was wanting easy to set up overall just love the tv
