    I bought this tv as an ungrade from my Samsung. The picture quality was better, definitely the sound and it was more responsive switching between apps. My previous smart tv would sometime get stuck on previews.

    I haven't bought a TV in over ten years. Thanks to the knowledgeable Best Buy rep who asked about the placement of the TV concerning the sun, he referred this TV for about the same price point. The picture is fantastic; we can see the TV even with the blinds open. Amazing picture AND sound!

    All I buy anymore is the SONY brand. The colors pop and the overall picture sharp and detailed. Picture is natural especially with live sports and action shows. Audio is fair but with a sound bar or headphones is fine.

    Excellent quality. Images are clear and there are many options to choose the coloring of tv based on what you’re watching. Also had free tv channels and it’s easy to link all streaming services

    Had a problem with the original TV purchased. Cosmetic damage. Customer service was very helpful and quickly got the TV replaced. So far, loving the TV. Excellent Picture. Used for streaming services and two video game consoles. Both run and look great on this TV.

    This television has a lovely, defined picture. We learned a lot from the Best Buy Associate as to so many things that are way over our heads, but I believe he steered us to the best tv for our budget. We are thankful for his help and love this new television.

    The TV is a great upgrade from our last Sony. The picture quality is much better and our previous sound bar works well with the new TV. This Sony version is not top of the line but more than adequate for our "non-gaming" television watching needs.
