Great for next gen gaming

No issues with 4k at 60fps. I haven't had the chance to see how 120 looks but my console say it's calibrated for it. The ARC input works great with my Sony sound bar and subwoofer.

TV became intermittently blurry

Geek squad came out and replaced a part, and it still didn’t fix the issue. Must’ve been a faulty tv

Had Best Buy deliver and install the TV and the tech was very efficient and helpful in teaching my 88 year old uncle how to maneuver the remote. My uncle likes the TV for basic watching TVs and movies.

Only because of a lack of clarity of not having clear instructions it’s pathetic. Too difficult to understand or figure it out. This was a great problem setting up tv when taken out of the box. You might not have even included the paper instructions; worthless!!! The 3 stars would be a 5but lower because a lack of help; instructions.

Sony internet connection issue

I tried booking it wireless, it wouldn't connect. I then tried connecting it by ethernet cord but it still wouldn't connect so I returned it and bought the TV I really wanted. I bought the Sony because it was nearly half the price of my preferred brand.

Only problem is it powers off while show is paused for only 5 minutes. Then you have to drill through the menu to start your show again.
