I now need help with the setup of my apps and the regular tv channels; I went to tech support chatting but didn’t work so, for now, I can’t watch tv until I get some help, maybe for 2023.

Immediately I noticed my picture was overly enhanced to the point where it looked bad. It was like the TV was doing too much to sharpen and over-saturate the image. I found it overwhelming to watch and my favorite shows looked nothing like they were supposed to.

You can watch TV programs and enjoy all Sony® apps, home network functions for the Album, Music, and Video apps and use the Network Electronic Program Guide (EPG).
In addition, certain functions, such as the Google voice search function, Chromecast™ built-in (Google Cast), internet browsing, and the YouTube™ app, are available without logging in to a Google account. However, you will not be able to rent or buy movies, TV shows, and apps from the Google Play™ Store.

It took 30 min's to set up the picture quality to what i wanted and have to play with the settings every time I turned on the ps5. Also if you have a antenna hooked up to the tv it has to think about the incoming signal and can run 10 to 15 seconds behind the actual signal.

Additionally, the X85K features Auto Genre Picture Mode - This TV automatically switches into Game mode to minimize input lag and make the action more responsive. Save money, buy a hamster instead

Try watching a football game and everything is so motion blurred you can't see what's happening. Trying to hook up a sounds bar takes a PhD and a 1/5 of bourbon. If you do get it hooked up, you can't control the sound bar with the tv remote. Also, it keeps switching the audio output between the tv speakers and sound bar. I could put a hamster on a wheel in a box and it would be a better tv.

And Best Buy does not make it easy to get a replacement or to get anything installed. I am literally begging for help, but you have to proceed on Best Buy's terms, not with anything convenient for you.

I am ready to call my attorney and the Better Business Bureau. The person from India was helpful; however the TV does not function. I have 3 other TVs and they work. I expect an answer soon.

They tricked me into buying, promising a delivery, and never showed!! They had me wait all day, lied to me, to only email me after an 8 hour wait. Do not buy from best buy. Go to Home Depot or PC Richards. This place is a total front with 3rd party sellers who try to sell you delivery lies. Trust me, prices are the same everywhere. Just ask anyone else to price match, they will.
