      We're sorry you've been running into difficulty. There is no numpad on the K series remote control as it has a newly design with smaller, sleeker, and less buttons. However, the supplied TV remote has 123 (Control menu) button. You can press this button, and it will display a menu on the TV to use button functions that are not on the remote control on the screen so you can easily enter a channel.

    bought the tv last Super Bowl and just recently added the PS5 and Sony 3000 sound bar and love how everything is integrated with itself without me doing much, just follow the directions and before you know it the whole system is running off one remote. my only complaint is when streaming sports particularly football the ball will vanish and appear in the hands of the wr or the ground. hopefully this can be fixed with an upgrade. 10/10 on convienence!!!

    The worst performing TV I’ve ever owned

    I’ve been a believer in Sony for a long time, but this X 85J is the worst performing TV I’ve ever seen. Even after multiple updates from Sony this TV continues to perform poorly. Extremely slow and clunky. I don’t care about the picture anymore. I’ll never buy another Sony TV.

    2023 4K TV? Yeah Right!

    My wife got me this tv for Christmas. From day 1 the apps constantly crash and everything I’ve been watching is in 1080p except for most of the stuff I watch on Prime. More than likely ima return this tv and get something of better quality!
