    The TV picture is fabulous with very vivid and lifelike color! The only thing I am not crazy about is the remote. It is not user friendly and the size is about the size of a tongue depresser. Buy the sound bar for excellent audio!!

    Probably one of the best TVs I’ve bought in awhile. Upgraded from a LG TV and this one is leaps and bounds better. The 120hz gaming is a major plus, gaming feels so much more fluid. Picture is insane as well.

    Bought this TV mainly for gaming. Xbox Series X and PS5 with the HDMI 2.1 spec, 120Hz panel, VRR, and ALLM look amazing. Its a excellent TV in this price range. It is missing the Full Array Local Dimming backlight but that’s understandable for TVs in this price range. Instead it uses a Direct light backlight. It looks great in a bright room. Build qualty is great, and this TV looks like a higher end TV. If you’re looking for a TV with a midrange budget with an excellent picture this is an excellent choice.

    This was bought to replace old Sony 1080p unit that died. Amazing picture. Easy set up with little help needed. The s teen is well protected when unpacking. The 4k image is crisp and clear. Great purchase.

    When I got this TV I thought that the picture might be a little bit better than the TCL Roku TV I was replacing, but I was wrong... the picture on this TV is leaps and bounds better! Oddly, the better picture actually makes some scenes look more fake somehow - like it emphasizes any scenes that have fake sources of light. I'll play around with various video settings to see if that changes anything.

    Honestly the best value tv i ever got. I'd get this TV even if I had all the money in the world, it does everything very well. Have a sony oled, the biggest difference is the shape of the tv, this one being a little fatter, other than that, unless you're a very observant person, it's really good. Sony killing the game with tvs now.

    Great picture should get a sound bar because the sound isn’t like their best tv. Spend the extra money and get 90k OLED. Also the remote not very good with the number options. But in all solid buy.

      Thank you for purchasing the KD-55X85K. We are so sorry, but there is no numpad on the K series remote control as well as headphone jack. It has a new standard remote with smaller, sleeker, less buttons and easy to clean. However, the supplied TV remote has 123 (Control menu) button. You can press this button, and it will display a menu on the TV to use button functions that are not on the remote control on the screen so you can easily enter a channel.
