Love all the loaded features on this tv and it’s paper thin. Only complaint is after about a year of owning it I performed an Android update and ever since sometimes when I switch inputs I just get a blank screen until I turn off then back on, also after using a source other than the one my DIRECTV tuner is connected to when I switch to DIRECTV it will automatically switch to tv speakers (I have a hdmi sound bar connected) so I have to go change it back to external speakers. Pretty confident these problems are android related and not due to the TV itself

I'm both a Sony and Samsung fan when it comes to 4k tvs. I own several of both, but was really impressed with the style and picture when watching blu-ray movies.

Shopping at Best Buy was an incredible easy and informative experience. Not knowing what was available or what I wanted based on needs I was given a technology update and chose a product that turns out fit my needs exceptionally well. Sony has a great picture and I matched it to a sound bar and now can experience great viewing and listening at the same time. Thank you Best Buy!

Great tv great price , trying to pick a 4K tv for months and months , very difficult decision , Samsung Sony lg all great tvs sale prices fluctuate weekly ,finally the sale price on the Sony pulled me in . Very satisfied with the tv ,great picture great features , my nephew bought the $3500 Sony , my picture is just as good and saved me $1700. Would buy again

Great picture in the light and great features. The TV is side lit, and in a dark room you will see light leaking from the edges, not great for total black scenes. Also, the TV is too thin, and sways with any motion. Be very careful setting it up, and make sure to put TV straps on it.

PAID $1750 BECAUSE IT HAD NO BOX BUT HAD NEVER BEEN USED. BROUGHT IT HOME AND IT IS A PICTURE PERFECT SCREEN AND EXCELLENT COLORS. I HAVE HAD IT FOR 1 MONTH AND WATCHED SEVERAL MOVIES AND HAVE HAD NO ISSUES WITH THIS WONDERFUL TV. THIS IS MY 3RD SONY AND THIS REPLACED MY 21 YEAR OLD SONY 32" XBR WHICH DIED RECENTLY. BOY HAS TECHNOLOGY IMPROVED.

I will receive my 3rd tv in the space of 2 weeks tomorrow. Light bleed on my TV as per other reviews is not acceptable so why does Best Buy feel the need to sell this product ??(see Amazon complaints also). It bothers me that large brands will turn a blind eye to this issue rather than recall it all and take the hit. Reputation is worth more than trying to shift sub par tv's to the public hoping they may not notice the problem - it's just not professional. Looks like I'll be switching to another brand which is a shame because the Sony had potential. As for Best Buy, please pull this product from your shelves. It does you no favors to sell this to your customers when you clearly know it has issues. If you think replacing a tv 3 times for the same fault to one customer doesn't raise the red flag then i think your customer service needs a serious re-think.

My new TV is awesome. The picture is very clear and sharp. I am so glad that I purchased this TV. I buy all of my big purchases through Best Buy, since they stand behind their products.

4 star picture, 3d glassed wouldn't sync, with 80% of my movies being 3d I decided to return it! until 3d is fix i wouldn't recommend it.

The reviews were spot on. This tv does lots of things remarkably. The picture is amazing. I get so many compliments. The one beef I have is the amount of white light bleed through I see at the edge of the screen. It doesn't detract from the overall enjoyment, but for $3K it should not happen. I'd expect that from Westinghouse or Vizio....

I'm upgrading in stages adding 65" Sony 4K, Denon 1295 Tuner and Klipsch 12" subwoofer. The increased screen size and added theater sound has a remarkable effect that draws you into the screen and I continuously remark to myself how impressive the new technology has become. More adjustments than one can ever learn on the TV while the sound systems are more difficult to find the fine tuning from old audiophile equipment. Still learning the upgrade but I miss my old graphic equalizer options for easy access adjustments.

Love the tv it has a great picture and was easy to setup

This TV is very thin and light weight. When put up on the wall, extra care for the screen.Very good passive 3D but not for close seat.

Thin and great picture, but expensive. I'm not really convinced that it's worth the much higher price tag. The thinness is a big plus.

If I were buying this TV for a dark theater room setting, I would have been disappointed. The light bleed issue is real. However, for a family room setting, it is incredible. At night, I make certain that a light is on in the room, and I cannot see any light bleed. For the current price, there isn't a better TV on the market.

Crisp color, not too bright like some competitors, adjusts to lighting very well. No problems with shadows, particularly around edges. Easy to use, pre-programmed apps very helpful. Thin, lightweight, and easy to install. Combined with SONOS sound system provides excellent accoustics. Excellent value for the price.
