We upgraded from a 10 year old Vizio TV and wow what a difference in the picture quality. Def recommend.

A) Check Connected Devices:
1. Turn off the TV.
2. Disconnect all devices (including any external USB devices, hard drives, and all HDMI-connected devices) from the TV.
3.Turn on the TV and check if the issue goes away. If the TV works, reconnect your devices one at a time to identify if any device is causing the issue.
B) Check Power Cord and Outlet:
1. Ensure the TV power cord (and AC adapter for some models) is not loose or disconnected.
2. Verify the outlet is working by connecting and checking another device.
3. If the TV is plugged into a power strip or surge protector, try plugging it directly into the wall outlet.
