Not like what i expectation. The picture not as good as my old tv, and slow to change the channel. I dont know it is the tv problem or the remote problem

We want you to love your new TV, so we recommend switching your picture mode to Professional under the Display and Sound settings to get the most accurate colors. If the picture feels too dim, you might also try turning off the Light Sensor in the Eco settings. To speed up channel changes, try pressing the Enter or OK button immediately after typing a channel number to skip the wait time. Better knowledge on weekdays, Originally purchased a Toshiba on Sunday, did not like the picture, returned it on Friday and purchased the Sony by recommendation.....Loving the Sony.

The tv is great. The quality if the screen is really good.
Hi JavierG! It's truly wonderful to know how much you're liking your new BRAVIA 3. We designed the BRAVIA 3 to have an incredible picture with features like dynamic contrast and vivid colors.
For those times when the sun hits the screen, you might want to adjust the brightness and contrast settings in the picture menu. You can also try tilting the screen slightly.

Decent quality for the cost

Our tv stopped working unexpectedly, so we were quickly in the market and not looking to spend an excessive amount. This fit the bill. We had to tinker with the brightness and black level settings a bit, as there was some flashing, but overall this tv provides decent quality for the cost.

Love the new TV, very professional installation. Due to my wall and mount issue they not able to install that the first time and they reschedule for me. Told me what kind of amount to get and then after I get the right one they came back again.

Has frozen a few times already and had to be unplugged and plugged back in to get it to turn off and come back on. Apps are glitchy and need forced shut and reopening to work. Not good signs and similar to my last Bravia that only lasted 4 years before backlights burned out and tv rendered inoperable . I’m thinking this is the end of our buying Sony products.But hey while it’s working the picture is pretty good.
