    Love yhe picture. Sounds good too. Previous TV was a Sony Bravia with android operating system that was more intuitive to navigate.

    Very good picture and audio. Primary operation has problem of changing channels for no reason but I use the Hulu box for control.

    Enjoyed working with Best Buy representative along with the Sony rep stationed in the store. They were great explaining the different technology from UHD to QLED. I’m enjoying my Bravia and comfortable with my decision!

    I’ve had my tv for less than 24 hours. I was extremely pleased with my purchase until today when i realized the remote is no longer working. Only the power on/off button works. I took the batteries out that were provided and put in different ones, it gave me maybe 5 seconds more of functionality, then stopped. An option came up to restart the tv….but couldn’t choose that cause the remote doesn’t work. Really hoping I can get this resolved and it won’t be an ongoing problem.

    I went to buy a Sony TV on the recommendation of my son who works with technology! At the store it was suggested that it might be out of my price range! It was a great buy and is a great product! I am a 100% Disabled Veteran and rely greatly on a reliable TV for entertainment and information!

    Great picture, smooth border lines. Nice size for a small living room. Processor is good enough for normal applications/ Sharp images. Can't go wrong with Sony.
