    Easy and flawless delivery and set up process. BB delivered the product on time and kept me in the loop on delivery. Setup was super easy as I read the set up options and had all of my Google ducks in a row. Easy peasy!!!

    The tv is great. There was no remote in the box and any attempt to remedy this with Best Buy was horrible. There is absolutely no way to contact the store. I was forced to purchase a remote at my cost to use my new tv.
