75 inch Sony Bravo

It is a great tv except trying to set it up. It doesn’t work with my internet remote control l have to switch from air play every time I turn the tv on. I have tried everything to get it to come on when I use the cable remote. I can use my cable remote to watch tv afterwards but not when I first turn it on.

Make sure your Apple device and TV are connected to the same internet network. On your TV remote, press the Quick Settings or HOME button, go to Settings > System > Apple AirPlay & HomeKit > Apple AirPlay & HomeKit settings, and ensure AirPlay is turned on.
Make sure your remote control software is up to date. You can do this by accessing the settings menu on your TV, selecting "Remotes & Accessories," and then "Remote control" or "Voice Remote Control" followed by "Software update. Perform a power reset of your TV. Unplug the TV power cord, wait about two minutes, and then plug it back in. This can often resolve temporary and intermittent issues. The salesman was excellent, answered our questions and did not try to oversell us. Delivery was right on time and facilitated the delivery perfectly. This is one of many large purchases I have made from Best Buy and they always do a very professional job. I would highly recommend Best Buy in Millbury, Massachusetts.

Disappointed with the picture

Really wanted to love this TV. Originally bought a 75 in Samsung. Picture looked great but was just too big. Exchanged it for this 65 inch Sony. Just cannot get the colors right on this TV especially when watching sports. Whites have a green hue or just a dull look. Reds look really unnatural. If there a bright blue anywhere it looks almost fuzzy. If the view is of the field and not a close up view, the detail is fuzzy. Close up the detail looks fine. I've messed will every color setting combination and picture setting option and just cannot get it to look the way i think it should. I've had Tvs from all the brands and this is the only one where the color just looks off. The color in movies looks fine no complaints. I kept my old LG 50 inch in my living room so i can watch multiple sporting events at once and Im really disappointed when the picture looks better on my old LCD tv than it does on my brand new one.
