      Unfortunately, the Spectrum TV app is currently not available on this TV. However, you can use the built-in Chromecast feature of the TV.     Bought this as an upgrade - we love the tv - but disappointed that we cannot use our NON-BLUE tooth wireless Sony Headphones. We ended up buying new blue tooth ones - which were very expensive and we didn't like them and returned them. Too bad Sony didn't think about this ahead of time.

We're sorry, but the A80K does not have a headphone output port. You can connect Bluetooth headphones that support A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) instead with this TV. With supporting this Bluetooth profile, you can pair some wireless headphones, speakers, or soundbars to your Google TV through a Bluetooth connection. If headphone output port (Stereo mini jack) is your priority, this is only available on our 2021 Google TV models. All Sony BRAVIA models X80J and up support headphone output port. Know that we take all feedback seriously and will pass your suggestions along to the proper team for future enhancement.

    This was an open box item that was warrantied. Monitor didn't work. According to Sony Customer support, Best Buy should have easily been able to figure out that this unit was not going to work. Was able to buy a replacement at regular price, but I wasted and extra day while waiting for the redelivery.

    So happy with my recent purchase. Being elderly and on a fixed income, I hesitated somewhat with my decision. However, Best Buy offered me a great plan which convinced me to have a dream come true. My entertainment is greatly part provided to me by tv. Loving every moment.

    Bad picture quality mostly in dark escenes and very slow tv. Trying to watch series in Amazon and the tv keep loading and loading every 5 minutes or less, it is impossible to enjoy watching. Not fully compatible with Alexa Not worth all the money. I wish I can return it

    Bought this model in both 55” and 65”. Fantastic resolution. The leading factor that drove me to Sony vs competition was the audio quality. Very pleased and happy i spent the little extra to truly check all of the boxes.

    Picture look good but I'm having trouble playing Amazon prime, tubi, hulu, and Disney plus...the only app that are working are YouTube, Netflix and Apple TV. VRR is not working either or at least says that the TV won't support it. This TV is too expensive to be this frustrating.

To set the TV HDMI® Signal format to Enhanced format, Select Settings → Watching TV → External inputs → HDMI signal format. Select the input that the device is connected to (either HDMI 3 or HDMI 4), and then change the setting to Enhanced format. Make sure your device is connected to the HDMI 3 or HDMI 4 input on the TV using the supplied Certified Premium HDMI cable.

    TV is great, but a TV in this price range should not come with a cheap remote control! The remote doesn’t have buttons for fast forward or rewind and doesn’t work well with streaming Apps like Netflix and Prime.
