Turned everything off and on, unplugged everything and disconnected everything multiple times. Moved connections to different ports. On the fifth time or so HDMI port devices worked again. I got a Google update successful message. Not sure if this did it but definitely possible and I am suspecting more update glitches in my future Then the remotes functionality are different every time on which of my devices each remote one turns on and off. you need to do a different combination of remotes to turn on/off devices and it is different if you set the device up multiple times. Next, I only got a test my HDMI connection window once on one of the many times i set my devices up. No idea how to do it again to test a connected device. It appears there is no screen saver on it even though OLED seems prone to burn. At lease not what I can possibly find on this thing because it is almost impossible to find any real instruction on the specific TV. you can only find generic instruction that does not match my TV function so it is next to useless. All I could find is the TV shuts off after 15 minutes. I enabled it. Now I get an idle message coming up all the time while I watch tv. This is 4 days worth of wonkiness. Just waiting for the next thing. Hope I don't get stuck with a $2000 TV that won't work in a couple months In their defense it seems just par for the course in tech. I wish I had my 14 year old TV Back!!!!!

If you connect a video game console that supports 4K 120 Hz video output, set to [Enhanced format (4K120, 8K)]

Laggy and sound never matches

I had a sony before this one and it was great. I play a lot of xbox games on mine. The TV sound / picture dont sync to each other causing a lot of issues with games where you have to hit buttons at a timed stage. Not to mention when streaming mouths dont match the sound. I have also had operating system issues where the TV hangs up and you have to un plug the tv to reset it. It freezes completely!

I was told 8 times by different employees (on phone and in person), that it was on the way, but every day it’s “suppose to arrive”, they reschedule it. Disappointed because I love Best Buy and use them for all electronics, hard drives etc.
