Does not support Spectrum, so I had to add a Roku device and neither the Sony or Roku have Channel Back to go to your last channel, so you have to surf all the way to your last channel. Both the Sony and Roku do not have numbers to get to your Channel….. very TEDIOUS !!! Plus it has Auto Buttons (4) to services I don’t use…..Again tedious!!!

Defective... GREEN SCREEN

I have always loved Sony products but this one was a go back. Had it for one day and the screen kept going all green. I did research and found that other people had the same issue with this model . Anytime there is a darker background it turns black. It is extremely frustrating to watch. The sound is nothing special and may even be muffled at times. I regret this purchase.

If you are viewing Dolby Vision content at home in an environment that's not the same as a dark studio, the picture may appear dark or washed out. Changing your settings while using the Dolby Vision mode may improve these symptoms. You can go to Settings then Under Picture mode and select Dolby Vision Bright.
