Only issue is creates a lag in the sony x900e tv when adjusting the volume. You would think that wouldn't happen side they are both sony products. Good bar for 499 price.

To isolate the issue on the lag, you may try to do a power reset on the TV and Soundbar by unplugging it from the power outlet for 1 min then re-plugging it back. ~Ralph

Main purpose is to connect to a 4k blu ray player with only hdmi out. Also connected to set top box and blu ray/SACD player. Straightforward installation. Extremely clear, detailed and well balanced listening experience. Maximum volume cranked to 40/50 with no appreciable distortion. Everything sounds great: Dolby sountracks on TV shows, blu ray movies, hi res files (aiff or dsd), SACD (2 or multi channel), and K2 HDCD.

I did all the research and was up to date on all the latest and greatest features on each model. In terms of price this is exactly where I wanted it and in comparison to the other models around this price, it has the best picture. Android TV is a great operating system don't have any trouble with it and I don't even have an HD package for cable and the picture looks fantastic. Great TV for gaming as well. The best TV purchase I have ever made!

Only issue was the remote control did not link to other remotes including the Sonya. 75 inch SONY TV (XBR75X940D 75” CLASS ANDROID 4K UL) that I bought along with this sound bar.
