Great pic quality in HD but working on getting better quality for normal broadcasted shows

Watching comcast cable via this tv's upscale algorithm is hit or miss and when it misses picture looks far worse than 1080p which was a huge disappointment, sports are tolerable at best, movies scale better for the most part, but Gravity looked bad, where Avatar looked great, don't understand why! Netflix 4k looks alright but doesn't blow your mind! Video Games scale VERY well and look great, plan to pick up a ps4 pro, so hopefully that will be even more impressive! 4k despite being the new popular kid at the store still doesn't have enough content to be practical! I was super excited to get this tv and have overall been underwelmed! Watching 4k youtube has been the most impressive content to date and that only keeps you busy so long! Another thing is HDR makes the picture incredibly more bright, which causes eye fatigue from watching after a couple hours! 75" from 8 ft away fills your entire field of view, which is a cool perk of its size! If you need to replace a tv, buy 4k so your future ready, but don't rush out otherwise!

So, I don't write reviews unless I severely love or hate an item. Before getting this TV, I purchased a Samsung 75JU7100 which was fantastic. Unfortunately just 28 days into the life of the TV, half the picture went green. So I took the TV back to Best Buy (transported myself) and picked up an Open Box curved Samsung TV due to the great price. It was a 2014 model, but I figured I would give it a shot. The picture quality while watching 1080 and 4k just did not compare to the original ju7100. So again, I returned the TV (spending this much money I had to make sure it was perfect). This is where I get to this beautiful TV. There were little to no reviews on this TV at the time, however I watched a few CES 2015 videos and decided to give it a try since it was JUST released. I have had it for almost a month now with no issues. The first update did take nearly 30 minutes, but beyond that, I have no qualms. The picture quality for 4k is incredible and is of course noticeable on a TV of this size. The best part is that the HD (720 and 1080) content looks incredible as well. I watch a lot of football and the games look fantastic. I also game on Xbox One and PS4 and am very picky about any input lag. I can happily report there there is no noticeable lag at all. I play in game mode but even when I left it in Cinema mode there wasn't much. I absolutely love this TV and for the price ($5k) I better! Go with this TV over the Samsung and you will not be disappointed.

We needed a TV that would fit our budget and wall. The Sony 75' was was the right choice.

TV is nice with great picture, just very little sound. Turned up all the way 100 not as much volume as most TVs less then half way turned up.

What can you say bad? 75" sony 9 series 4k tv so happy I chose this one.

Read all sorts of reviews about this tv and decided to go ahead with it, glad i did awesome color and upscaling, 4k is awesome too. Went with the sony instead of the samsung suhd, way too over priced. The sony 910c is a good deal for the higher end tvs side.

I held off buying 4K for a long while until up scaling met my standards. I have had this for about 4 weeks and now I have to say how great this set is. This TV is flawless and up scales so well that I can hardly tell the difference between 4K content and 1080 content. The color and contrast capabilities are amazing. New shows like Gotham are visually stunning with the dark themes and masterful lighting. Who needs real 4K content when the TV does the up scaling and contrast so well. Last years line up doesn't compare. Watching this set is addictive. This is what you have been waiting for. I can't make a higher recommendation.

Right out of the box, the default color settings on this TV is absolutely amazing. This is the first Sony TV I’ve purchased, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I wasn’t even considering a Sony when I started looking at purchasing a new TV. However, after talking with one of the Magnolia guys, and having him run a demo video to compare the different TV’s, I could see that Sony was definitely the way to go for me. I would highly recommend this TV. Kudos to Sony.

Had that tv for 2 days only and it doesn't need any adjustment Pic is great out of the box. I like vivid setting for cable and love standard pictures setting for extant watching time Worth every penny , note that I have exchanged an LG for this amazing Sony. Upscaling is wicked awesome Buy it with confident. Only down side it doesn't come with 3D. Glasses. For such a high price tag it should come with !

My Mother and Sister love to watch the Rose bowl parade. I watched this year on this beast. This tv just showed off. I can't believe it. I never thought tv would evolve into this.

When the TV was mounted and set up by Best Buy, the picture was beautiful! The colors popped, the black levels were great...no complaints. 4 - 5 weeks later, I had the calibration done. Picture remains grate, but softer. Android TV works very well; a lot better than the OS on my Samsung and Panasonic TVs. I purchased the sound bar; therefore, I am unable to speak to the quality of the speakers; however, the TV sounds really good though the sound bar with no lip sync issues. Overall, a very strong TV and I would recommend.
