The geek squad that delivered the two TVs and set everything up also with the sound bar were absolutely unbelievable their customer service was way beyond excellent they knew everything as far as questions whenever I would ask him they were kind and courteous I would recommend the two gentlemen any time to set up any type of electronic equipment for your customers. Once again they were beyond outstanding they were excellent. STEVEb

Great picture, easy set up. But the Wi-Fi keeps dropping. The only way to fix it is to unplug the TV and plug it back in. I have bought several smart TVs. I have not had this issue with any other one. I also have a Sony TV that I purchased several years ago and no issues. There must be something wrong with this TV or it’s a design issue. There’s no reason for it to keep, losing the Internet.

Bought the Sony Bravia 43" Feb 2025 & 75" Nov 2025. Both remotes the back button (channel return) does not work in TV mode. Sony has furnished a secondary remote with the streaming service. Upgrade my remote software or provide me with 2 Sony Remotes for this function.
