I have not been disappointed. The picture quality is as advertised, excellent. This was only enhanced by the installation from the Geek Squad. They wall mounted the TV and setup the Sonos Arc sound system. Another happy customer.

This one was a significant upgrade in image quality, responsiveness, and brightness compared to the others. Whether I’m watching a movie like Home Alone or playing games like Doom, this TV delivers pure perfection. I particularly love the 120Hz refresh rate.

Emerge From the Darkness

Yes, the reflection handling is poor, but for almost half the cost of the Bravia 9, it's worth controlling the light in the room. No wonder Sony moved it's newest top technology away from oled. Amazing picture!

Great picture and sound! Needed to create Google account, and am now able to control most streaming services from the Smart Google screen, but added an Apple FireStick as an alternate source because my wife is more experienced with that interface. After a few more weeks, I will mount the TV on the wall for best viewing angle.

Thank you for upgrading to your new Sony BRAVIA 7! Your satisfaction with the incredible 4K HDR picture, black levels, and overall brightness of your TV are greatly appreciated. This TV provides exceptional picture quality using the powerful 4K HDR Processor X1 which features a scene recognition system that detects and analyses data with flawless accuracy, then optimizes the picture for ultimate realism. Unfortunately, this TV doesn't feature X-Wide Angle and X-Anti Reflection. If you really want the best viewing experience, it's a good idea to turn off all lighting sources as Sony TVs look the best in the darkest environment possible. Light from windows and lamps may cause glare on the TV screen. Using a brighter Picture Mode, like Vivid or Standard, will also help reduce reflection while watching TV or gaming. We did have a day where we were only getting sound and no picture which was a little disappointing since we've only had the TV for about a month. We were able to fix it by unplugging it. Again, simple fix, but the TV isn't even a month old and is only on maybe and hour or two a day.

Great service and product

Rolando and the installers I had a very pleasant experience. So far everything is working great but I do want to give a special shout out to the two installers. Very professional, knowledgeable, and fast with no mess. After installation I have a great picture and a well secured unit. Again my hats off to the two installers. In the next month or two I will purchase a sound bar.
