From the beginning I was getting a lot of problems connecting to Apple CarPlay but I decided to deal with it since since it only takes like 2-3 times to connect. But now it disconnects on its own for no reason the screen gets blurry and the appearance in the car is crappy. When I let the bestbuy employee install if he didn’t tell me that it will be sticking out of the surface so now it’s a huge gap. I thought it would look freshly mounted in the car like a natural look but it’s far from that... I spent over $1000 including the addition things I needed for installation and the labor itself. If I could get a refund I would.

I got the radio really quick and can't wait to get it installed

Nice but bought open box that said everything was invluded but was missing screws microphone and wiring harness, kinda upset about price for partial product, I like the Sony head unit but service at Best Buy was sub par

This stereo is awesome It's got a huge touch screen and a clean interface which was important for me. Had a Best Buy auto tech install it on my 2012 Camry and it works great!

That is the worst Sony car audio One will have to buy. Don't fall in to the Name Sony trap this product is not worth for its price ,that has nothing in it but 8.95 inches screen and that is the total waste of money and time there are way more options are available compare to this one and money vise so please this product is total disaster from Sony however it has only one good feature that it looks good but in practical it is total disappointment.

This purchase replaced an older sony. For some reason, this will not display atywork when using a thumb drive. Older one did as well as my work vehicles. Spent too much money on this for it not too display properly. Also, doesn't play music properly from thumb drive. Always goes back to beginning of alphabetical list. Doesn't matter if it is properly working on other devices. Does not keep settings! Other than that, it would be fine. Very disappointed in this "upgrade".

I’m very disappointed! This product is not detachable even though it says it is in the book and it did in the specifications.

Screen washes out and it only connects to my iPhone about 50% of the time for car play

This unit is pretty good considering it’s price. Screen resolution leaves much to be desired…

I was told this would fit into my sports car and two hours before installation the service department called and said it would not work in my car this is after waiting two weeks for the parts and my changing my workday to bring the car in and then they waited until two hours before installation told me it would not work very upsetting

radio is nice but it was missing a few parts when i got it, and they forgot to hook up the mic during the installation.

I love it, because fill all my expectations and over all fit to my jeep 2005

Was told the camera was included with this radio and hardware. That is not what I received.

Awesome head unit screen is a little dim during the day but otherwise a great unit.
