The geek squad that installed my TV was beyond expectations. The professional care they took to install was amazing. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure that when they left I was completely satisfied. These two young men are a credit to your company.

Excellent and clear picture. Vivid and outstanding details . I love the apps, the remote and tv itself are definitely user friendly. Would highly recommend this product for those that are TV enthusiasts.

Great customer service. Explain the tv functions etc to us and took his time to explain all our questions. Very patient with my husband and I.
Thanks for sharing your review and experience with the BRAVIA 3 TV. We're glad that you like the picture quality of the TV. It's unfortunate that you are experiencing Wi-Fi issues. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the TV is up-to-date.
If the Wi-Fi signal on your TV device drops or intermittently disconnects, try a power reset on your TV and your modem/router first. A power cycle or reset of your devices often improves or resolves Wi-Fi connectivity issues. Then, check your network connection status and the troubleshooting steps provided if needed.
Power Reset your TV -Unplug the TV power cord from the wall outlet, wait two minutes, then plug the power cord back in.
Power reset your modem/router: Disconnect the power to your modem/router for at least one minute, then reconnect the power and wait for your modem/router to complete its connection to the internet. This procedure doesn't change any settings stored in the router. If you need specific information and instructions, check your modem/router manual.

Finally got it.. Took over a month to say it was broken 3 tvs later i got it.
