these things are ridiculously expensive given the affordability of thumb drives (etc) these days, we need twice the storage at half the price as a start and continuing drops in cost in the near future

Must have accessory if you plan on downloading PS Plus games and/or any digital content. With 8gb of space you can load 3-4 games and still have room for games saves, etc.

Good product but it should come with the vita. Without it you really can't utilize 90% of the Vita. A must have when you get a vita.

At only 8GBs, you probably won't bit fitting too many full sized games on here (Uncharted I think is almost 4GB by itself), but you should be able to fit quite a few PSN downloadable titles on here along with a couple of bigger games (again, depending on the size obviously). Sony recently announced a price cut on their vita memory cards, so I may upgrade to the largest one soon. For now, this has sufficed

This is the perfect first memory card for a new PS Vita owner. It's just big enough for two to four downloadable games from the playstation store and for game saves. A must have for any PS Vita owner!

Great memory card, easy to use and works as expected. Only problem is the steep price compared to non-vita cards, but that is Sony's doing, not BB.

4GB is definitely not enough, so I stepped up to the 8GB, which I quickly found out was also lacking. Recommend going with the 16GB or 32GB. Vita games take up a lot of space! Even some PSP games...

I've had no problems with the product and it's easy to use in the system. My only complaint is memory card aren't that expensive anymore. It's specially-made for the system, which leaves no other option. Just wish it weren't so pricey.

I got this for my wife as a starter for her PSV and she lives it.

8 gigs is not a bad size for these games. Still a proprietary memory card, which is an unavoidable situation with the Vita, but this isn't a bad way to go.

The Vita's proprietary memory is a necessary evil. It's horribly overpriced but required to play games. The card does exactly what it's supposes to do, though. A must have for any Vita owner.

A bit pricey, but difficult to use a vita without one of this. Be careful when handling as it can easily get misplaced and lost.

It is a good addition of memory will fit about 5 games assuming the sizes are not to large. It is a nice memory size if not an avid gamer.

Well... It is just what you would expect. A memory card for the PS Vita that holds 8GB (not exactly 8, but close enough). The reason I got this card was because I already have a 32GB card and wanted another one that I could use when I needed the space. I didn't want another giant card, so I went with this one.

I works great for memory in our VITA system. Would like to get a larger card.

If you download multiple games, pics, videos, etc. you might want to look at something bigger. It works for me as I don't download too much. But put a few games on it, maybe a few movies and the card is full. But overall it works well with no issues.

This holds 8GBs. It is black, so it goes with everything, including our PS Vitas, which is why we bought it. That, and the amount of data it stores, which is 8GB.
