With the viewfinder, I could see if I had good focus. However, I only used the 55-210mm telephoto lens a few times. No matter what I did, colors were always distorted to blues. My Sony rinky-tink Wx300 never did this. I don't feel the money spent was a good investment. After 2 1/2 years, the camera is no longer operable.

No instructions or manual- pictures suck

I can't register my product to even get any help. I can't believe there is not even an included manual for the basic features for a $1000 camera. The case stinks too. You can't unzip it and get the camera out without setting everything down or the camera will fall out or get stuck and then fall out when you pick it up. It immediately dumps over if the zipper is not zipped and the way the top comes over the zipper it is really hard to zip up because you can't see the zipper. My husband bought it for me as a gift and it is the worst thing I have received in a long time. No charger for the battery either. They charge extra for everything. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

USB Cable Charge not working

When I plug it into my laptop or the wall the charge light won't come on. The camera won't turn on either, presumably because the battery won't charge. Haven't had the chance to buy an external charger to plug into the wall but shouldn't it charge with the usb cable just fine?

Kindly try removing the battery from the unit and hold down the shutter button for a good 10 seconds before charging it again. Please make sure that the camera is off while these steps are performed.
