Not only is this a great camera but, if your a begginner like myself, it is very easy to use. I love how my pictures turn out and hardly will you ever have to edit them. Also, the camera is very lightweight...umm, winning!!

Manuel at the Victorville Best Buy helped me take this camera home. Really nice Feauters and settings for different formats of picture taking. Camera focuses throughout entire screen clearly. And comes with a really nice second lense! For much further focusing! Overall a great camera! I️ would recommend this camera over a Nikon!

I am a professional photographer that shoots DSLR’s for my work. This is my first mirrorless camera and I bought it to try things out and see how I like to shoot with a smaller camera. Definitely is an adjustment from a DSLR, but I am getting the hang of things. Have been surprisingly pleased with pics and ease of use.

This camera is amazing, takes a little bit of a learning curve to understand all the options but it takes beautiful photos, the optional accessories are plentiful

This has been a really good entry-level-into-high-end mirrorless cameras. Great optics. It's small, lightweight and has a surprisingly fast shutter. This camera takes great videos, too. One problem we are noticing is that the screen will go off if your hand gets close to the viewfinder. Something to get used to. Otherwise A++ You won't be sorry!

The camera is compact, but is easy for me to hold securely. There are a multitude of options, but one can shoot fully automatically and get fine results. The sensor is first rate, producing high resolution images. The kit lenses are surprisingly good. In manual mode the controls are easy to use. When desired, manual focusing is surprisingly easy. If you have old glass from just about any 35mm SLR you can get adapters and use them (generally manually). I quickly realized that I do not miss the bulk and weight of a DSLR's mirror and prism - this works and works well. If I knew then what I know now I'd still buy this camera and that's about the highest praise I can give a piece of equipment.

Just had our first baby so we wanted a nice camera to capture these moments. This is the perfect camera for us. Very easy to use and takes fantastic photos. More compact makes it just that much easier to handle.

I wasn’t sure what I was looking for going into Best Buy all I knew was that I wanted a camera as I was ready to finally take my photography seriously. This Camera is absolutely perfect for beginners who love the art of photography but are used to just shooting on an iPhone because its easy to navigate but also has loads of cool features if you are willing to sit down and spend time and get to know your camera. Definitely worth the money and on youtube there are alot of photography youtubers that have beginner photography series featuring this camera. Definitely one of my proudest investments, I have been able to embrace my creativity.

As someone getting into more "professional photography", this camera is a good start. Before buying this model, I most used point-and-shoot cameras and now I wanted something with a more capabilities and better quality. This camera is for sure a step up with tons of features. As someone with a basic understanding of cameras, this a good place to start for someone that's little more than a beginner. There's preset functions if you're not comfortable fiddling with the manual settings right away. In terms of picture quality, it's great. Pictures are sharp and have good resolution. Video quality is fine, but I haven't used that feature as much as I mainly got this camera for photography. Although I've only had this camera for about a month, it's pretty good for the money in comparison with more expensive models. Great camera to begin with if you're just getting into more high-end cameras. Only con so far is that the batter life is not too long. Good for a day of just casual shooting. Do get extra batteries if you use a camera frequently.

We had a Nikon D3100 and went camera shopping because it just wasn't up to par any more. It most likely needed cleaned as it wasn't focusing. since we had it for 5+ years we decided it would be better to upgrade. We went to BestBuy and was looking at the newer Nikon and Canons. A sales tech came over and showed us the Sony. Once we played with the Sony we were sold. it is easy to navigate and a lot more compact than the Nikon or Canon. its a great out of the box point and shoot. Im sure it could be modified to take high level professional photos, however that is not what we wanted it for. The only suggestion i have is to get a better neck strap as it not comfortable. Overall great product.

I already own several professional level Olympus cameras with Pro lenses but they are inconvenient to carry on a regular basis. This is particularly true on my motorcycle.The Sony camera and lenses fit nicely in my tank bag giving easy access and great pictures. Very happy with the purchase.

I thought I would have a lot of trouble learning this camera. For a beginner, I was able to adapt quickly. I am looking forward to learning a lot more. Love the camera size, and light weight.

The quality of pictures are super and the camera is very light. The price was reasonable and it's for my daughter's gift with Junior high graduation. I strongly recommend this camera to my friends.

I’ve been using my iPhone for years and in general it does a great job. I more recently wanted a camera that was more effective for action an distant shots. It was easy to set up. Still learning a lot as it has so many features. I only take photos for fun. I am very happy with my purchase.

I'm in love with the functionality of the camera as well as the clarity in the images it displays. It's not bulky so you can travel with it anywhere, and the camera is user friendly for beginners.

I am very impressed with this great little camera! We bought it because it is smaller and lighter weight than regular DSLR cameras. Yet it is fully featured. It has all the bells and whistles that the bigger cameras have. It’s low-light capabilities are extraordinary. I have never had a camera shoot as fast and accurately as this one. I can take a three shot bracket in less than a second. This is an older model, but considering the price, I got a fully featured digital camera from a major manufacturer that isn’t going to weigh me down when we travel.
