On my last vacation I forgot my camera at home. Went to the local Best Buy in WI. Sales Rep was awesome!! After both of us asking each other questions he recommended this camera. It is a great camera! Very easy to use. Love the option to turn the view panel to take selfies. Would highly recommend.

This camera is unbelievable. I'm not a professional photographer but I'm learning how to use this camera and I love it.Has a lot of features. I love the zoom that it has. I have taken great pictures of the moon and they're amazing.

I was looking for a small point and shoot camera to take on vacation and deceived on this. It's easy to use but has a lot of features I haven't even looked into yet. The Sony software is also easy to use. The camera can also transfer to your phone or computer wirelessly which is a great feature.

Love this camera. I really had a hard time finding a camera to purchase but I am so glad I bought this one. It's a fair price - not too high, not too low for my budget. I am very happy with the quality of pictures.

I like the camera. I got it just days before leaving on a 45 day trip. I believe that the pictures are better than the ones that my old camera was able to do because there is a better range on the zoom. I could use more instructions about the modes and features that are on the camera.

Went in to the store looking for a camera with a decent optical zoom. The sales associate told me about this one that had just been taken off of display and was being sold as an open box item. So far this camera has worked out exceptionally well for my needs. The 30X optical zoom is awesome.

Awesome little camera with lots of features! Lightweight, easy to use. Easy to work your way thru the menu. Has options to use as a point and shoot, has an eyepiece, a selfie screen, flash options. Very happy with it. Great quality for small price tag.

Great 30X Zoom, has a very good popup View Finder to use in the bright daylight, Takes great pics with good low light capability and also HD 1080P Videos. Has WiFi, Bluetooth and NFC (Near Field Communication) for easy wireless transfer to other Bluetooth/WiFi devices.

I am very pleased with the purchase. It has many features that higher end point and shoots have. It easily fits in your shirt or pants pocket. It is a really good carry around camera. If there was another camera with the same features and a larger sensor, I would purchase it.

Very happy with my Sony cyber shot camera, I bought it to take pictures and videos at the “ night under fire” car races at Summit motor sports park. The picture quality and videos turned out amazing. The zoom lens on this camera is very impressive. Love it!

Although the camera quality isn't top notch, it still gives you good pictures for the price and the front flip screen makes it easy for vlogging and taking pictures of yourself. Would recommend

This product is loaded with features and compact that it can fit in a pants pocket to go anywhere ... great for a point and shoot but versatile enough for an advanced photographer who does not want to carry the bigger more expensive gear ...

There are only two reasons this camera is not getting 5 stars. 1. Plastic tripod threads that are easy to strip. 2. No external mic Jack. If those two things were fixed this camera would be perfect. Its light and the battery lasts for days! Great camera with perfect auto focus.

I received this camera for Christmas, so far the camera is wonderful it takes pictures in low light, it has 18.2 mega pixcels pictures when crop come out really great, the camera has a great feel to it love the built in view finder so you can take pics outside in high sunlight

The Sony HX 80 is a great camera for shooting action photos. The camera has an optical zoom equivalent to a 720mm zoom. Brings the action right to you. Fast auto focus is a great added benefit. Would highly recommend to any one who likes to shoot photographs.

Took this camera on a recent vacation. Chose this one because it was small, not cumbersome like the others we have had, and a decent price. This one has all the features we needed (zoom, stabilizing, clear photos, etc). I would definitely recommend.

This is very clever camera with features you would find high end amateur SLR,picture quality is incredible,what made me choose was like all the extras gizmos in a compact space ,great for travel and family use,this can point shoot all the way to advance camera highly recommend.
