    When I tried to pick up the item from the store, I noticed the box might have been previously opened. The seal was cracked, the internal packaging was messed up, and the producf was not aligned properly. Returned it for a refund. What a waste of time. Never purchase collectors items from Best Buy.

    I bought this the minute it was available and had a successful purchase. It had shipped but was delayed a few days later. A few weeks later, I contacted Best Buy, and they say there's no progress and the item is no longer available, and that I'd have to cancel. I got a full refund, but still disappointed about the experience.

    Very bad shipping system. The controller box arrived with many dents because it was sent in a paper envelope without any protection. It's a limited edition controller and I can no longer keep it sealed in its box because it arrived damaged.

    Box came damage and they couldnt exchange it. I bought this as a collectors item so yhe box with the dispkay art was important to me
